Casa Mariposa, near the village

Casa Mariposa with its fantastic location, a short distance from the well-known white village - Cómpeta - is perfect for spending holidays and enjoying tranquility. The house is spacious and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and another terrace with a private pool.

We enter the house through a fully equipped open kitchen with the living room. From the living room that offers open space with TV via satelite (no Spanish chanels available) and a fireplace for cold days there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning unit (hot & cold) and fitted wardrobes. The other bedroom has its own access to the terrace and also built-in wardrobes. This bedroom as well as the living room do not have any air conditioning.

The third bedroom is separate but it is still part of the house and offers more privacy. This bedroom has very large built-in wardrobes, has air conditioning (hot & cold) and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Outside covered terrace with plenty of space and plenty of seating to spend days and evenings outdoors enjoying the amazing views.

On the other level there is a swimming pool (5,4 x 2,4 m) where you can refresh and relax. The pool area can be closed off and could be ideal for families with small children.

Casa Mariposa is located just 1,2 km from the center of Cómpeta and can be reached in a about 20 minutes on foot, but it must not be forgotten that the way back is uphill and always tiring a little more.

Cómpeta offers us several small supermarkets, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, a medical center, a dentist, an internet café, souvenir shops, tourist information and much more.

Pets:
Pets are allowed (max. 2). Please note that if you bring your pet, there will be a supplement of €50,00 (once per stay) to pay in cash upon arrival at our office in Cómpeta.

Arrivals after 21:30:
Please, take into account if the arrival occurs after 9:30 p.m., a supplement of €50,00 must be paid, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Pool:
The pool is closed during the winter, ask us for opening details. Pool/beach towels are not provided.
