Located in a upscale neighborhood nestled between the Mediterranean Sea, a Tennis Club and a beautiful Old Growth Tree covered Park while still being only a 5 min. walk to Beaches, Croisette and Rue' d' Antibes.

Brand New Condo as of April 2023. 86m interior with a 40m Private Garden Terrace that comfortably seats 8 for outdoor dining. Private Garden Terrace joins a wall of glass connecting the outdoors to a fully equipped modern kitchen with indoor dining for 8. GETTING AROUND:
Turn right when leaving your condo, passing a Tennis Club while walking alongside the Martinez Hotel and within 5 min you will have arrived at the palm tree lined Croisette Promenade with white sandy beaches stretching for miles on one side and 5 Star Grand Hotels with outdoor dining on the opposite side.

Enjoy the Rose Garden Park where artist casually line to display their works of art and people stroll hand in hand or walk with their prancing dogs while children enjoy a playground. A few steps further and you’re at the Point Croisette Port with it's impressive yachts.

Heading left from your condo while WALKING 5 min you will pass a peaceful French Park with old growth Cypress Trees to arrive at Boulevard Rue d’ Antibes, a world-famous French shopping district.

At this corner is a convenient bus stop for transport in 5 minutes on bus #21 to the train station.

From the train station you can travel to Grasse, famous for its Umbrella Skies or to Saint Paul de Vince an Artist Commune that sits high on a hilltop with narrow winding cobble lanes. Or you can travel to The Villa & Gardens Ephrussi de Rothschild which is a French seaside villa located at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the French Riviera or continue on to Nice or Monaco or.... even to pop over to the Italian boarder (1 h) for a taste of Italy in the border town of Ventimiglia, Italy famous for its open markets featuring Italian goods and its many outdoor cafes.

The Lérins Islands: Leave the crowds and jump on the ferry towards the Ile de Saint Honorat. It is the smallest (and more attractive) of both "Lérins Islands" near Cannes and still shelters the monastery of 30 monks Cistercians. They produce an exceptional wine in the Abbeye de Lérins, what makes a fantastic present for friends and family because it is difficult to obtain outside the island.

Tranquility at its best
We rented this property for a week and had the best experience. Our hosts were there to greet us as we arrived. The space was amazing. It was exceptionally clean. The patio was perfection. (I actually fell asleep outside while listening to the sounds of the tranquil water fountain on the patio). The beds were comfortable. The apartment is centrally located and we walked everywhere. I loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!!
