stay in La Isla mujeres

The listing was in accurate we were told there would be five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There were only two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath yet they charged us the whole rate for five bedrooms buyer beware here

First time location vacation

Property is very modern,well maintained. Location is terrific for beaches, restaurants. Felt very safe in the area. Pool not used as water was to cold. Need additional linens. Property manager responsive to our requests.

Stay in Isla Muherjes, MX

This place was very large and spacious. It was very clean and had adequate supplies in the kitchen for the most part. Would be nice to have a dish drainer to put clean dishes after washing. The pool was very dirty w/algea growing on steps/walls :( The check in process was not good. We were to meet the host @ 3p....NO ONE showed up for almost 45 mins. Tried reaching the host w/no response. Finally a very young man w/his friend came to let us in. There was no drinking water....we had to ask for that....they did bring in a super large bottle in about 15 mins...the keypad on the box outside did NOT work to hold the key safely. There is very minimal views to the outside as it is surrounded by tall buildings. The AC worked great, shower pressure was good but could def use a grab bar to step out of shower.
