My daughters and I enjoyed this cute little home. It had everything we needed and was so close to Old Town and Fashion Square. The hosts have thought of everything to make the trip comfortable and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Cute, cozy & safe

The casita was a cute place. Location can't be beat, so close to everything. I stayed by myself for the first few days and felt completely safe. Great that both the gate and screen door could be locked.

Lovely casita

I’m so glad I found this place. It was a beautiful place and the location was perfect. The casita was a 10 minute walk to Old Town shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale.

Sweet oasis

Simply and comfortably decorated with all the basics covered. Full kitchen, cool linear bathroom, comfortable bed, comfortable living room with easy-to-use large screen TV, nice private patio, carport. Laundry facilities, too. We relaxed and enjoyed this casita.

From the opportunity provided to check-in early, to an accommodation with our luggage at check out, this was an amazing experience for us. Perfect Scottsdale Rental

My husband and I spend 3 weeks in Scottsdale and found this casita to be perfect! The location is awesome, walking distance (approximately half mile) to Old Scottsdale and Fashion District. Easy drive, centrally located, to numerous hikes and baseball stadiums. Many restaurants walkable or easy drive. The casita was very private, very clean, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with all the necessities. Outdoor sitting area very nice. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions. Just the right size for 2 adults.

If Goldilocks was looking for a place in Scottsdale, she would pick this casita- it’s not too big and not too small, it’s “ just right”. The casita cleverly uses its space to have whatever you need right at hand. Easy walking to Old Town and galleries. Off street secure parking if you have a vehicle. The owners have thought of everything to make your visit easy, including a notebook of restaurant/grocery selections and locations. Texting them if you have questions elicits an immediate response. We would most definitely stay again if in the area.

Location, location, location and of course the home itself!
As a child, I stayed at The Valley Ho Resort and vividly remember the Springtime scent of orange blossoms and warm gentle breezes. Never did I dream that I would own a small slice of AZ heaven just across the street!

What makes this property unique

A contemporary, secluded little 750 square foot desert gem in the heart of the city. Once inside you are transported to tranquility and removed from apartment/ condo living as the space is entirely your own to enjoy privately and peacefully. Walking distance to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. Shopping at Fashion Square Mall, biking or walking along the canal, strolling the art galleries along 5th Avenue, and or enjoying one of the vast number of restaurants, all are just a short stroll away.
