Located in the exclusive gated community of Tantara, this stunning house is attached to the Margaritaville Resort, offering you a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. With three pools at your disposal, you can choose to take a short walk to the nearby one or head to the other side of the neighborhood for a refreshing swim.
If you're looking for more exciting activities, take a five-minute drive to the resort, where you'll find a large pool, water slide, resort restaurants, and more. For an additional fee, you can indulge in horseback riding, bowling, and marina access.
The house itself is built on a bluff, providing breathtaking lake views and a serene atmosphere. With five bedrooms and five baths, four of which have ensuites, you'll have plenty of space to spread out. One room is even a separate mother-in-law suite, with an entrance located outside the house.

Wonderful property - hope to stay again! Had 12 people, multigenerational family vacation. Everyone loved it. The porches are worth the cost of the whole house. Lots of stairs so keep that in mind if you have anyone with physical limitations. Had a bad storm while we were there and manager called right away to check on us. 10/10 stay.

We had an amazing time. There were 19 women for my Mother's Day Get Away. The space was bigger than I imagined. When I read the reviews I kept seeing people say how spacious it was, but yhe pictures does no justice for the actual space! We slept comfortably,and honestly could have invited a few more people. The location was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. There was just enough soace between the other houses that we didnt bother others. The neighbors were friendly. We ordered pizza,and it was there in a timel manner. Everything was lerfect,and I would definitely reserve again. The amount of bathrooms worked out perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, and the Mother N Law suite was a bonus!! Thank you, kindly.

1-One of the beds sheets had not been washed. Pulled the covers back and the sheets were all wrinkled, found hair, and dirt in the bed. 2-Floors were filthy, walked around in bare feet and had to wash your feet before going to bed.3- Arrived at house & front entrance was completely covered with dead leaves while entering code to front door. 4. We spent the weekend at this spacious home. The home was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook your own meals. We used four of the bedrooms and everyone found the beds to be comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and tabletop fire pit two evenings. The view of the lake is spectacular and we were amazed by the beautiful sunsets over the lake. We would rent this home again.
