3BR/3BA VIEW of Slopes/Walk2Lift/Town/Free Ski Storage - Main Street Junction

Fabulously upgraded & decorated condo overlooking Peaks 10, 9 and 8 with only 5-min's walk to town w/ MANY wonderful restaurants, shopping & festivities. Enjoy grilling or sipping on the covered balcony w/views of slopes. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! There are 2 hot tubs in complex. In addition, you have access to 5 more hot tubs, heated pool (in the winter), fitness room, included boot/ski storage, w/short walk to QUICKSILVER lift, located at Wyndham Main Street Station.
You will enjoy the cozy, comfy surroundings, gas fireplace, plenty of seating for lounging, games, dining between the nice dining table, bar stools and furnished, covered balcony, with a gas grill, overlooking the slopes of Peak 10, 9, 8, as well as a peak to the south. There is a large, nice dining table and several bar stools. The kitchen is open to the living/dining enabling continuous interaction. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, cone filters, blender, emersion blender, food processor, ninja, coffee bean grinder, knives, crockpot, wine glasses, champagne glasses, some vinegars, oils and seasonings, serving utensils, two sets of dishes, large pots, iron skillets, measuring cups, bakeware. All three bedrooms have large dressers and their own private bathroom w/shampoo & conditioner and extra comforter and pillows. There is a stackable washer/dryer with soap, dryer sheets, spot remover . You'll love having a private, heated, single-car garage. We have a Pack-n-Play in a closet that you are welcome to use. There is limited guest parking other than garage. Overflow parking available at ice rink. There is a charge overnight. Dumpster for garbage is right below balcony. One of the two complex hot tubs is next to our building. (Temporarily closed). There are several other hot tubs in Main Street Station by Vacasa (Management property) (temporarily closed) that we are a part of, as well as a heated swimming pool, fitness room, FREE SKI STORAGE that is a short walking distance to the Quick Silver Lift!!!

Family Trip

Bill and Laurie’s home was wonderful for our family’s first time to Breckenridge. The location was great - within walking distance to Main Street as well as some walking/hiking trails. Their home had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. We loved the outdoor patio with scenic views of the mountains.

Very clean and well kept. Has everything you need to have a great time. From pizza cutter to bagel toaster. There is a hot tub available. There is a washer and dryer for accidents with small children. Walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend! Would stay again.

Great Week in Colorado!

This property is amazing! We loved everything about it. Bill and Laurie Norris are fantastic hosts! A bottle of wine was waiting for us on the kitchen counter upon arrival. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. The location is awesome. Just steps from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. Beautiful Mountain Condo!

The condo was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our annual Thanksgiving, ski/snowboard trip. Very clean, wonderful ambiance, walking distance to town, nice size bedrooms/bathrooms, and a fantastic view of the slopes! We cooked a Thanksgiving Day dinner here, and the kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked! Bill and Laurie were responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This is the second year we stayed at this condo. The condo is so convenient to everything. Even though the condo comes with a heated garage, you really don't need a car (the free shuttle is so close). We love the condo and the views are really great. Incredible Family Vacation

What an incredible home we were invited to stay in - the accommodations were fantastic, 3 large bedrooms, super comfy beds. The pantry was so well stocked, we truly felt at home. The grill on the porch was a huge plus! Laurie checked in with us the day before we arrived and was available while we were there. A wonderful bottle of wine to greet us - I don't know how much more they could have done. We came from CA, CT and VT and all agreed that it was an exceptional trip!

Laurie and I have always dreamed of having a place in the Mountains of Colorado. We chose Breckenridge for all it has to offer. We love the winter sports and the summertime activities. When we are not here, we are in Austin, Texas, and sometimes traveling to some wine country like Napa, Sonoma, Oregon and Italy. Thats just this year.

I am an engineer and have been running my own engineering business for over 30 years, specializing in desalination of water. I also have a an advance degree in wine as an executive sommelier. I do wine tastings here in Breck and also in Austin. I participate in several wine events here and other places.

Laurie and I love to hike and this place has unlimited opportunities. We have done several 14ers. We love biking, walking, hiking and hanging out with many friends we have made up here.

We love our church at the Agape Outpost. Summer services are outdoors on the Blue River. What an awesome setting.

Why they chose this property

We picked this property for our get away from the Texas heat, mosquitos for Laurie, and location for skiing. We love the proximity to everything. It is so easy to take a short walk to the ski storage where you can comfortably put your boots on and store your belongings in the locker and then a short walk to Quicksilver lift. While new to VRBO we have been a Superhost on another site for nearly 2 years for this property.

This is our home and not just a rental property. If you stay here, its not a hotel, but our own getaway for us and our family and guests. We love to share it.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything and beautiful accommodations. While the address is Main Street, we are not directly on Main Street, so it is close but very quiet.

All bedrooms have a private bathroom, we have one of the only covered patios (170 sq ft) in the area so we get to cook and eat outside enjoying the scenery and the beautiful weather, extra stocked kitchen. We also have a heated, one-car garage for your vehicle and storage needs during your stay.
