Key west family wedding.

It was really a nice place to stay. Love the accommodation bit was close to everything we needed. Especially the lighthouse beach wedding venue. We enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at the property. It was a great location with a lot to do. The condo was very clean and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely return to this property and will recommend it to family and friends!

The place was amazing and well stocked. Any questions that I had Diana was very responsive and quick to help get us in touch with the harbor master to get a spot for our boat. We loved our stay and could not recommend it enough.

Key Largo Getaway

Condo was very nice, plenty of room for all of us. The private tower pool was amazing! The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to take a morning walk or sit in the evening with drinks to enjoy the sunset and water views.

Great family stay.

We really enjoyed Key Largo! The unit was roomy and well appointed. Would have loved a bit more light in bedroom and some soap and shampoo plus more towels would have been nice. However we would definitely recommend a stay here. Beach area was cool and could have been great for fishing had we known about it.

Enjoyable relaxing place

Pleasant gated community with a relaxed vibe. Apartment was perfectly adequate and well positioned in the complex. Amenities were fine but written instructions for fans, lights etc weren't apparent. Dishwasher and better quality pillows would improve the experience but overall it was a nice place to stay and relax in.

Fabulous 1st Vacation to Key Largo

The property is just as pictured. The unit is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The community is welcoming & Dianna is very responsive to all inquiries. The area has a lot of activities, restaurants & shopping wish we could of stayed longer! Will definitely plan to return!

First time at Key Largo

Well appointed marina apartment. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Short walk to jetty for sunset. Condo has wine fridge rather than dishwasher. Nice complex.

Great condo and property

This Key Largo property is easy to access. It is gated so the amenities are only available to owners and guests. There are three nice swimming pools, but I think the biggest hit for our family was the lagoon which has a sandy beach and some docks to swim to.There is a jetty which has very inviting seating and charcoal barbecues. A walk out to the far end provides a nice view, especially at sunset. The unit itself is lovely with a newly refurbished kitchen. It’s well suited to families with one king primary room, and a second king room that had bunkbeds and accommodated my son’s family very well.

Clean stay

The property is as pictured. It is very clean and pleasant. Also, it is easy to get in and out of the development. We made good use of the goggles and beach towels provided. We wish we had time for tennis and pickleball. There is so much to do in the area, we hardly spent any time indoors.

Wedding on The beach

I knew I was in the right place when I saw multiple crosses on the wall. I struggled initially to figure out the lighting and TV’s but that was on me. The place was immaculate. The location worked perfectly for the wedding I was officiating less than 2 miles away at the Lighthouse. God is Good…

March Trip

Our stay was so nice. Thank you. I will say the outlets in both bathrooms did not work and two people could not blow dry their hair at the same time. Also, the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain as well as the tub in the middle bath Other than that it was such a wonderful home. We loved watching pickball in the morning and sitting out on the water

Beautiful condo. Lovely vacation

We went snorkeling for a week with our adult children and this condos location was extremely convenient to John pennekamp— everything was great. A few notes that I didn’t pick up on their listing. There is no dishwasher in the condo which wasn’t an issue as we brought paper goods to use — also no soaps or shampoo for shower — again wasn’t a big deal as we always bring our own — just a warning to others before they come. All In all a wonderful vacation

Key largo trip

Clean!!! Decorated very nicely. Beautiful place, spacious. Family, bring granddaughter to ocean after Disney. Awesome John penny camp close. Beds comfortable! Some snorkel equipment and rackets were available. Nice pool. Be sure to watch the fish by the dock by the second pool. Beautiful bay. Outlets need work in bath and no working fan, not too critical. And older, window treatment's tricky. But sufficient. Would stay again. Handy elevator. No dishwasher. Nice coffee pots Kurig and regular. and filters provided with nice dishes provided. Great sunsets.

We are a Christian family of four. We have two girls ages 11 and 12 that have pretty much grown up on the ocean. Our girls love to fish, snorkel and swim. They play tennis, catch fish, cut up bloody bait and throw cast nets better than most fisherman. We are blessed to have a large extended family. Our Saturday traditions include waking up early, catching bait fish, snorkeling and later catching big fish. The girls come back to the pool or the lagoon for a swim while the men wash the boat and clean the fish. We have an evening of cooking and beautiful family time around the table as we enjoy our incredible catch of the day. Did I mention our girls are also incredible chefs?????

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is located on the ocean side. We keep our boat at the Kawama Marina that is minutes away from the best fishing and snorkeling spots in all of the Florida Keys. ALSO..... we are tennis players!!! My husband and I play on several tennis leagues and a vacation is never a vacation if tennis is not on the agenda. The courts at Kawama are brand new and most importantly they are lit for night time playing. The area is very safe for our children. They roam around the facility without danger at all. The property has a view of the tennis courts. The kids will spend hours jumping off the platform in the salt water lagoon. So much to do and see in the Keys but you will want to spend the most time on the property as it offers more than you imagine.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is safe . Our permanent residence is in Miami where our children are not free to walk around the neighborhood at all. When we arrive at Kawama my family gains a freedom they do not get to normally experience. The children walk around, swim, play tennis without fear. We have never had peace inside of our home knowing the kids are outside playing like we do at this property.
