About this property

SunnyDaze-Steps to the Ocean king bed, Free bikes!

Comfortable one bedroom on the second floor overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the balcony. New King bed in July 2023! Flat ceilings, LVP flooring and lots of closet space. We have cable tv in both the bedroom and living room and Wifi. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Private balcony with a limited ocean view. Our villa is located at the back of the building but with quick access to the beach and pool. We have an updated the bathroom and bedroom and a light airy design, perfect for a beach vacation. My wife Kendall and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others. We are always here if needed and available for recommendations. Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great location

The property was well located to the beach and shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen had enough supplies. The property is one of the apts closest to the main road so you occasionally hear road noise and the apt complex dumpster pick up at 6:15 am twice during our stay. The property manager was very responsive to messages. This is a very family friendly property.

September bliss...

Easy to find packet with keys. Check in and out simply. Easy beach access and close to shops and restaurants. Car would be optional if you were only planning to beach or bike.

Seaside Villas

We enjoyed staying at Seaside Villas. It is perfectly located near a plaza with restaurants and shops. The bikes were great. Just wish we had known that the condo was so close to the roadway and the trash.
