About the property

One bedroom, sleeps 4 adults and two children Beautiful ocean view!

Welcome to our shabby chic vacation villa! We totally renovated it in November 2015 and everything is brand new. It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a queen bed with a pillow top Serta sleeper mattress in the bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa with gel mattress and two bunks in the hallway for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook your own meals, has a full sized flat surface stove, full sized dishwasher and refrigerator. Beach chairs and an umbrella are included for your use. We also provide a gym membership for our guests that includes an indoor pool and hot tub. We also have another one bedroom across the hall, 222114 and a two bedroom down the hall 692426. We are locals and clean and maintain our villas ourselves and assure you that they are very clean and well maintained! If you are celebrating a special event and would like me to leave something special, flowers, wine, etc. just let me know and I will have it waiting when you arrive.

Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

About Kendall Kline

We are Kendall and Jeremy Kline from Bluffton SC. We have owned in Seaside for 10 years and recently purchased this villa. We wanted to be able to offer our guests another villa if they wanted to come with family or friends and wanted to stay close to them.

We moved here about 15 years ago from Louisville, Ky. We came here for a temporary job and loved the area so much we decided to make it home!

We love Seaside Villas so much because it is in the heart of South Forest Beach and there are so many things to do within walking distance, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We have such a beautiful beach and our complex is ocean front, no walking across the street and lugging beach gear! We have a wonderful management company that does a fantastic job at keeping the property clean and maintained.

Fantastic location and view of the beach

We had a great trip ! You couldn't ask for better owners to work with . We had a small hiccup with the bathroom ( our fault not the owners ) , kendall and her husband came over immediately to fix the issue . The condo is in a fantastic location . Very short walk to the beach and you can't beat the view from the balcony . The bikes came in handy as did all the beach gear . We will be back next year and would rent again from Kendall .

Awesome unit!!!

This unit was awesome!!! Very clean and Kendall was great to work with. She provides bikes, umbrella and chairs and lots more. She has went above and beyond to have things in the unit that you may have forgot. The balcony was great, awesome view of ocean. Location was very nice, very short walk to Coligny. We will most definitely stay in this unit again !!!

A home away from home.

This unit was everything we could have asked for and more. Great location and the remodel was outstanding. Very clean, cozy and felt so much like home. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony and only steps from the beach. Actually had dinner for 9 one evening and there was room for everyone. Could not have found a better condo for the price. Will definitely stay there again. Only draw back was the size of the bedroom, on the small side but this would not stop us from staying there again. Management was wonderful to work with and we had no issues while there so we did not even need to call them. Highly recommend any property they have.

Great View, Clean, Newly Remodeled

My family and I had a great stay and really enjoyed our time in this unit. Recently renovated, the unit is tastefully decorated with a beach cottage feel, and has all of the comforts of home. The AC did a really nice job of keeping the unit cool, which is a huge plus in the Carolina heat! Incredible beach/ocean views from both the private balcony and living room couch. We have stayed at the Seaside Villas complex three times, and this is by far the best unit that we have stayed in. Will absolutely book this unit again, when in Hilton Head. I consider myself to be a pretty discerning traveler, and this unit definitely hit the mark. Smooth transaction, great communication and owner was very nice to work with. Highly recommended!

The best view, location, condo!!!!

Great condo with all the extras. Of all my stays at Hilton Head this was the best location. It is so nice not having to drive to the beach. Ocean view and just a few steps from the beach. Great! Hope to visit again in the fall.
