This property was just the right size for our family to enjoy the long weekend in New Hampshire. It was clean and well maintained. Also, having the restaurant and pool within walking distance was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the bathroom and hallway lights stopped working after the first day there but we made due without them. Overall, a great experience even with a little darkness.
Wonderful place with lot of aminities along with 24x7 assistance from front desk.
I will definetely book this property again for future trips.
Thank you
Rohan
We have stayed at this resort numerous times as RCI members as well as renting a condo and this time was disappointing. All the cook wear, silverware, dishes and glasses we used had to be washed since they were put away just rinsed off. The drip coffee maker needed to be replaced because it was dirty inside the water well. The refrigerator and microwave are plugged into one power bar which was then plugged into the wall. We could not use the microwave without unplugging the refrigerator first. And the refrigerator is a fire hazard because its power cable was broken and frayed. The bedrooms were very small in this unit so the pack and play for the baby could only be set up in the larger bedroom. It definitely can sleep 6 but with very little room to move. This is not like any previous visits to this resort and I wish we could have left a better review.
Stayed here for a week with my husband and two kids (3 and 6). The kids shared the room with the twin beds, my husband and I shared the room with the queen bed. It was the perfect size and great location. Both kids were ecstatic to have a tv in their room. They both get nervous in new spaces, so the coziness of the unit really worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dining dishware/utensils. We got takeout from Matty B’s and they hooked us up with a stack of paper plates so we didn’t utilize the ones in the unit too much.
John - thank you so so much for having us. Next trip I plan to Attitash - I’ll be contacting you! We had a blast and your condo was lovely.
We have stayed at Attitash Mountain Resort numerous times and it is an excellent value, perfect location in between North Conway and Mt Washington and the facilities are wonderful for the kids. It’s more of an old school year-round ski resort which is what we as a family love.
We had a great time at the propery for our annual pre 4th week getaway
The land has a ton of options - 4 pools indoor outdoor regular pool and indor outdoor hot tub, playgrounds, game room, private access to the saco
The home itself was great! I have seen reviews groan at the size but its very clear this is a cozy small yet somehow still roomy property. We slept 5 comfortably and also the deck is an option to step out. It made upkeep easy to not have so much space to cover and allow the kids to pile up things. We still had enough room for everything So PLEASE dont let the size deter you! I think even if we had 4 kids 2 adults it still would have worked just fine. We had no issues to report just one question to owner and got a quick response. Questions to the on property staff also quick clear answers.
The unit was extremely run down and in need of repair. Master bedroom remote for TV did not work. Many patches in wall that needed to be painted. Many small appliances with no place to plug in. Very disappointed based on the cost of the rental we paid.

Overall just okay
While here at my stay I noticed a few things either broken/ or that were damaged. I notified the owner which he was very easy to communicate with but was definitely a inconvenience for me…cleanliness was also a concern bath tub was gross, blankets had stains. The location/area was beautiful definitely be back for Saco River!

Great Location
Great location in the north woods of NH. Lots to do in the area. North Conway has alot of restaurants. Resort staff were very friendly.
Overall a nice stay, convenient to many attractions in white mountains. Outdoor pool is very nice. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Perfect for two adults and two kids (10 & 12).
Downside is the kitchen. Not great if you are looking for a place to do a lot of cooking. Outlet in kitchen and the light near sink did not work at all. Is fine if you plan to eat out for the most part.
Also, bathtub does not have a grab bar in it if that is a concern for anyone older who might need one.
We enjoyed our stay!

Not as expected.
The property has outdated appliances, furniture and decorations. Definitely has had occupants that smoke due to odor, some dark color at the top of the walls and yellowing of the outlets and other areas. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. Some of the pics are outdated as well.
It was great except the renters in 2L whom partied very loudly at night!
Things have changed since last years visit. I really miss the coffee makers in the main office, also I missed the towels that were previously located in the swimming area.
Matty B seems a little disorganized.
Wonderful place, nice location near the main building, and got to see bears right outside the building! Condo is well equipped - just need new batteries in the TV and Ceiling fan remotes.
The unit is in need of some updating. The place was fairly clean aside from the sprinkles stuck to the table and the curtains. The TV remote has who knows what stuck to it. Also the smaller bedroom was hot. There is no air in there and there was no fan to even put in there. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned also. I feel we had to pay a cleaning fee but we didn't really get it clean.
We love Attitash, we rent there quite a bit and we are timeshare owners so just a bit disappointed.
We had a lovely ski vacation here. Location was fantastic—very easy to carry skis across street to Attitash and hop on the lift. Unit was well appointed and cozy with a nice view.
The unit was perfectly sized for our family of four. It was in a great location also. I very much enjoyed the fitness trail and we loved the pool and hot tubs which we didn’t take full advantage of.
I did have to re set the stove top burners as not all of them were working when we got there
All in all I would def stay there again! Maybe next time I’m the summer so we could enjoy the great river beach
