Charming Guest Suite Close to Downtown Golden

This private and spacious suite is the perfect place for enjoying your vacation. Located in the bottom floor of a private home this suite has a private entrance through the side of the house. Conveniently located at the base of the mountains and within walking distance to Coors, charming Downtown Golden and Natural Grocers, this suite has everything you need to feel all the comforts of home. Red Rocks is only a 15 minute drive from the house making it a great location if you're looking to see your favorite band at Red Rocks, the best venue in the world. The School of Mines is about a 2 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the suite. Colorado boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and with the closest ski slopes only 45 minutes away and lots of hiking, biking and tubing to be explored, this is a spot for adventure that shouldn't be missed! We allow dogs for a one time non refundable fee of $50.

Great week long stay. Quiet neighborhood that is walking distance into the heart of downtown Golden. Private entrance with a nice patio area to sit and relax in the morning with coffee. The owner Heidi was very accommodating and helped us with some great local knowledge. Definitely would stay again.

This was an ideal location for our visit to Golden. We normally stay in a hotel, but the cost and proximity to things we wanted to do wasn't great. This allowed us to easily get to downtown Golden and spend time together in a comfortable apartment. The beds were comfortable, but the sound of people walking around upstairs would wake us up nightly. We decided that we would probably stay here again, but bring white noise machine.

Great Spot for Families

This place is in a great neighborhood close to playgrounds and shopping that you can walk to. The host was incredibly responsive and saved our entire vacation by assisting us with an unexpectedly late check in after several flight delays. Her communication and assistance was absolutely top notch. We would stay here again.

Great location. Comfy beds and softest sheets I’ve ever slept on!! Quality furnishings. Cozy side yard and entrance. One bedroom did not have a curtain on the ground floor window. But we put pillows there and worked fine.

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Heidi was very responsive to our questions while we were there. I definitely would stay there again next time I’m in Golden.

Beautiful suite - better than description

This is a lovely place to stay. The inside is actually nicer than the photos. The neighborhood wonderful - pollinator gardens maintained by almost every house and even in public spaces. 10 minute walk to foothills hiking. 10 minute walk to a fantastic burrito place for breakfast. The owners of the home live upstairs but will completely respect your privacy. If I could give the location and neighborhood 6 stars I would.

A big 2 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the backyard. Older unit but very clean and comfortable beds. We very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Perfect for a long weekend

Heidi's guest suite was great! It was just as advertised: nice quiet neighborhood, clean, super comfy bed, cozy kitchen with lots spices & condiments to use. She was super responsive when we had questions and her recommendations were awesome! ✨️ The next we head out this way, we'll definitely stay here again.
