This spacious unit at the (low density) Phoenix VIII offers both indoor (with hot tub) and outdoor pools along with a fitness center and tennis/pickleball court. Recently added vehicle charging station. The location is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

We celebrated our mother’s 60th Birthday with a nice little getaway. The host was on top of getting me info about places to eat and shop! The Unit was perfect size and great location! Clean and very well put together!

Amazing place for Labor Dy weekend with Family!

Suzy is an exceptional host and the property was perfect for a long weekend in Orange Beach. Great place for some family "down" time with the beautiful Gulf just steps away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and both a Rouse's & Publix easily accessible for "in home" dining!

Perfect beach condo

Spring break trip with 2 moms and 4 teenagers. We loved the layout of the condo with the 2 balconies. Great location and we walked to several restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with beautiful views and location. The property is well maintained and manicured. Plenty of restaurants to get your fix of seafood. Highly recommend!
