Recentemente rinnovato a partire dal 4/8/19 !!! Nuovi pavimenti in gres porcellanato, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, mobili per la camera da letto, sgabelli da bar e set da pranzo.



Blocco della porta d'ingresso senza chiave in modo da non dover tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno !!



Sii uno dei primi a godere di questo splendido condominio ristrutturato 3 BR 2019 a Phoenix VIII. Phoenix VIII è uno dei migliori complessi condominiali del Golfo! È possibile godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal soggiorno o dal balcone della camera da letto principale. Con oltre 1.500 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa.



I panorami sono incredibili da questo condominio al 4 ° piano, sia che ti stia rilassando sul divano o godendo la tua bevanda preferita sul balcone. Inoltre, c'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, una regina nella seconda camera da letto, due letti matrimoniali nella terza camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. C'è una TV HD da 60 '' nel soggiorno, una 50 'nella camera da letto principale e una TV HD da 40' 'nella seconda e terza camera da letto. Abbiamo installato tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito e mobili su misura !!!!



Vi è una grande piscina all'aperto con una piscina per bambini, piscina interna riscaldata, due vasche idromassaggio, saune, un centro fitness e campi da tennis illuminati.



C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per riservare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.

Orange Beach family getaway

Cute condo in Orange Beach right on the Gulf. Our family really enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. Close to great restaurants, groceries and shopping. Close to the jetty and Perdido Pass.

Awesome vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. Beach access was easy, kids loved the pool area and the condo overall was nice. Beds were comfy, had plenty of room for our group of 7. Communication with the host was excellent and she is quick to respond. We would definitely book this place again!

Condo was nice. 55 for parking pass is over priced a lot. Closer attention to cleaning. Overall it was clean but dusting on light side. Patio doors very hard to open. Overall the resort was nice. Loved the pool area.

Great family spring break stay

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked (blender, crock pot, cooking utensils, wine corkscrew, pans, etc. ) The patio was perfect for dolphin watching and chatting. Of course being right on the beach was a definite plus. We look forward to coming back.

Phoenix VIII Oceanfront

Nice and spacious 3-bedroom condo with oceanfront views and nice size wrap-around balcony. We enjoyed the electric powered recliners and well-stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, bowls, etc.). The downfalls—box springs on king-sized bed were terrible, the middle seat on the couch was not comfy, and it would have been nice to have a third bathroom, or to have the second bathroom attached to the bedroom(s).

Check in was awful

The property was absolutely great. Clean and comfortable. The check in was awful. No one was available to purchase our parking passes even though we were there long before 5pm on 2 separate days. We had to go next door to another condo to have it printed.

Good space and location, bad smell

The layout and location of the condo was very nice and convenient. The only thing is there was an odor in the house that I could not place. I felt like by the end of the week, I had the smell on my skin and clothes no matter how much we washed. The owner was very responsive to emails when the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink was backing up creating more of a smell. He had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes so that was awesome of him. Other than the smell, great condo to stay in.

They provide nothing in the way of essentials which was stated but only one hand towel, disher soap, laundry soap. It was noisy with kids above us. It was clean when we arrived but floors weren't swept. Wifi only worked when we walked downstairs.

Nice Condo in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking, on the beach, lots of restaurants, informative front desk, good communication with rental company. Was a good week. My only complaint, it would be nice if an extra roll of TP was left in each bathroom and at least one extra trash bag left in the kitchen trash can. Very easy, uncomplicated, rental process. The keypad lock was great.

The location was decent and the staff was friendly. We loved the view and the large balcony was awesome. The kitchen light did not work and the floor was dirty. My daughter crawls and her knees and hands were disgusting after our first 5 minutes there. The dishwasher also smelled but that was fixed after we ram it a few times. Extra seating outside would be nice. We prefer to be in Gulf Shores but if someone wants Orange beach, this is a decent place.

Phoenix 8 is nice

We arrived after business hours due to a layover issue. as a result when we got to the condo the front desk was closed. I used the screen at the front desk to chat with someone. The security guard was helpful and sent us next door to Phoenix 7 where we got a parking pass to cover us for the night...no big deal, just wasn't sure what the protocol was. Our room was nice but had a few fairly minor issues. They were: 1. the cleanliness of the place in general was not horrible but could have been better for what we paid 2. the dish washer was not very effective and is probably needing some attn 3. the kitchen sink gurgled on two occassions when not being used and smelled of sewer gas immediately afterwards - that was unpleasant. Overall these things were not the end of the world; the location and over all upkeep of the place as a whole is good, the staff are friendly, and our experience was a good one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at Phonix VIII was good. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. The location was excellent for the Wharf, watching the Blue Angels practice, FloraBama and Sweet Cone Alabama. Even though it was a little out of the way for The Hangout and Lulu's, the drive wasn't bad. The condo was well stocked but needed a deep clean. We found trash under a nightstand when it was moved to plug in a hair dryer, candy stuck to a headboard and sand in the living area. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. A patio chair was broken and a leg on the recliner had obviously been patched. All of the upholstery needed cleaning. We had plenty of space for six adults and one child.The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The gazebo was great for a lunch by the pool and our little one loved the kiddie pool! I would stay here again, but owners need to be aware of the cleaning issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me try to make this short and spite of a few complaints. Great location, clean on check in, kitchen adequately supplied, décor is pleasant, beds were comfortable, staff was nice; however, everything that involved mechanics was loud in this condo such as the exhaust fans and the washing machine spin cycle. Top dishwasher rack had so many broken prongs it was difficult to load glasses. Toilet handle needed to be held down for 20-30 seconds in order for tank to fill, master bath shower was dark as a cave. These things all seemed to be the original to the condo which must be going on 40 years old and just need to be replaced. Just showing it's age. It didn't ruin our stay, but we wouldn't request this condo unit again. Once the appliances and such are replaced, it will be just fine.

Has a beautiful view of the gulf. Management was quickly helpful in replacing a missing remote control.Though the condo needed better floor cleaning and could use some updating, generally, it is nice enough for 4 people.

Livingroom, dining room were a little cramped for all of us. There was some plumbing issues - didn't affect us but we heard the noise at all hours. The decription says two hot tubs when there was only one and very small at that (3 people). The outside pool area was nice but water was very cold. Ran like a hotel. Smoking policy should be in the reviews. We all know you can't smoke indoors but should say that 4th floor and by pool area are the only areas you can smoke
