"With 4 adults and 3 kids, this condo worked great. The location was convenient and very close to the Ice Sculptures. Kitchen is small, but as long as only one person is cooking, it worked. Garage parking was nice. Building is somewhat dated, but so are a lot of buildings in Breckenridge. Would stay here again."

"We highly recommend this condo. Check in & parking are easy. Favorites...location, sound of creek outside, and spacious condo. This unit got warm in the afternoon, but this didn't bother us since we were never in the condo at this time. And condo cooled off quickly early evening with open windows & ceiling fans. I would suggest new chairs for the balcony, but this is minor. Note for chefs..if you plan to cook, unit has salt/pepper & coffee. You should bring other spices, foil, cooking spray or...

"The location is the best thing about this condo. Right on the blue, right across the bridge from downtown Breck. All the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, etc. Garage parking at River Mountain Lodge is always nice as we have stayed at this building before. Condo was clean and linens fresh. Only concern we really had were the mattresses. We woke up soar every morning. I almost drove to Frisco to purchase a memory foam mattress pad due to the pain. Regardless though it was a nice place and we would...
