Beachy Oceanfront Condo with stunning views! Pet friendly, relaxing getaway!

Come sit back, relax, and enjoy a beachfront condo vacation in North Myrtle Beach! This unit is on the 7th floor. BIG NEWS - new sliding doors are being installed for 2026!

- One of the biggest oceanfront balconies on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean, Cherry Grove Pier, sunrises and sunsets over the ocean.

- The kitchen, living room, and master bedroom each have eight foot sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. We love to relax out there and watch the people, dolphins, and ocean.

-The unit is tile throughout with an updated, fully-equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, gadgets, etc.

-Short walk to the Cherry Grove Pier, grocery store, and oceanfront bars and restaurants.

- I am willing to rent to well-behaved pet owners - please let me know ahead of time what type of dog you are bringing (fees apply).

-Towels and Sheets are provided for a $120 fee. Please let me know if you'd like to add this service to your stay.

Scott, the condo was very clean and loved sitting out on the balcony. My only complaint was I wish the master shower had grab bars and a seat, and ceiling fans in the rooms. Otherwise we had a wonderful time...You are a perfect host...

Scott is very responsive and the view is awesome ! Cherry Grove is perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. So difficult to find Oceanview with a dog so Scott's condo was perfect for us. The building is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Washer/Dryer in the condo were so convenient and the beach was so quiet it usually felt like it was just ours. Great month. Would definitely return !

I saw a many 10 ratings for this place in the reviews, but I would give it a 7 or 8. 10 for the location. Great view of the beach nice balcony. Everyone staying in the building was very nice. Very family-oriented building which I liked. Not to may high rises around so lots of room on the beach for everyone. Elevator was always quick and available. Things I did not like. It was a little dirty. Picture frames had a lot of dust on them. Most of corners were dark with dirt or mold. Some doors did not latch closed and some broken/repaired door frames. Condo needs some TLC. I know it is a dog friendly condo and we brought ours, so they are usually a little more worn than ones with no pets. Inner shower curtains had mold and soap scum. Provided bedding and towels were not very good. They looked like the cheapest thing out of Walmart. Towels were almost see though and every time you used them, they left lint all over you. I washed them several times, but it did not help. Sheets were thin and cheap. Beds were hard. Freezer had no ice machine. Could use more silverware. An air frier or toaster oven would be nice to heat up leftovers. Rug at the entrance would be good to get sand off your feet before entering the condo. I would stay here again if some of the things I mentioned were fixed and added.

I just ask that anyone who stays with me let's me know when something is not right so I can get it taken care of. I am clear that this is a personal family condo and not a 4 star hotel. All the items within my control have been remedied.

Perfect location. The deck is so spacious and makes you feel like you're sitting on the beach. There were some minor issues, but nothing requiring immediate attention or nothing that got in the way of our enjoyment. The owner checked in to make sure everything is going well and was very responsive to questions / concerns.

We have always loved Shalimar's location, walkable shops and bars, local golf courses, and seeing the pier from our bedrooms. I am a self-employed, Jimmy-Buffett loving, avid golfer. Why they chose this property

We originally chose Shalimar in 1997 because of its "small building, small crowds." The building always has friendly owners/renters and the beach is not overcrowded. We were also drawn to the panoramic views from the kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom. It has always felt like a second home.

Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier, Boulineau's, and local nightlife. Short drive to Main Street of North Myrtle Beach with various shopping, restaurants, and bars. Walkable Black Pearl Mini Golf Course - complete with sweet treats and arcade!
