¡Tome el elevador a este condominio en el segundo piso situado directamente en las hermosas playas del Golfo de México y vea las vistas panorámicas de las playas de arena blanca desde su propio balcón! Una de las unidades más grandes en el condominio, tiene 1000 pies cuadrados donde podrá disfrutar de la 1 habitación, junto con una alcoba de la habitación del pasillo con una cama nido doble y 1. 5 baños. Este hermoso condominio tendrá capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con pisos de baldosas con dormitorio alfombrado y una sala de estar / comedor con vista a su balcón muy grande y abierto, donde puede relajarse y ver las olas. La cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con encimeras de granito será un placer para entretenerse. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Entonces, venga a relajarse y disfrute de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y un área de parrilla de gas para su uso.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Amazing views

The condo was very spacious and the views were spectacular! Love the huge balcony. Seeing the dolphins in the mornings while drinking coffee is an added bonus!

Beautiful views Huge Balcony

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, private beach and plenty of parking. Everything you need is in this condo. Loved how the umbrella and beach chairs came with this condo. Right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and the balcony is huge. Easy check in and fast response. Will be back!

The upstairs tenants were so loud even during quiet hours which was not enjoyable at all. I know it’s vacation family travel with children but it was so loud it was overwhelming. Did tell front desk but I think it got worse after that. Thinking maybe a house rental next time we travel to Destin to guantee a more quiet evening/night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During this stay which is one of many stays and usually in the same condo was unusually noisy this time so not as pleasant as in the past. Seems like others do not respect the noise level and play music that maybe no one else wants to hear. In the evening a few nights teenagers were in the pool late and making kits if loud noise. I feel that if there was good security that peeiodicallyvtoamesvghe property they would have heard and seen them which was not the case. It was just not a relaxing vacation with all of the noise this time. Maybe it was the different time if year but have only experienced the noise issue once and was taken care of right away.The floor as it was during our last visit was not clean. This should not be an issue especially with COVID being an issue. My husband and I feel like we will most likely not return even though we have been going there for many years. It is too expensive to not be relaxing.

I cant emphasize enough how close it is from the condo to the beach (maybe 100 steps). The pool was clean and the water was cool. The kids loved how it lit up at night with different colors. The staff was great and always willing to help in any way possible. The condo had all the comforts of home. I cant recommend this condo enough and we will definitely be back next year

Love this place

The place itself is fabulous. It’s a low rise so like the small feel. Love the room options, something to fit most anyone. Just right in the beach. During COVID they made a great effort to make sure to be as contactless as possible. Keys sanitized and enclosed and gave sanitizing wipes at check in. We will not stay any where else in Destin. Highly recommend!
