About this property

Pelican Crossing Only a hop, skip and a jump to the Beach!!!

Spacious family home just steps to the beach! Second row house with private walkway to the beach – and this part of the beach is between two public accesses and so is less crowded and more private. Two living rooms with big screen TVs and DVD players. Stereo. Wood burning fireplace. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Kitchen has large fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave/convection oven and dishwasher. Full sized washer and dryer in utility room. Two screened porches – one with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, and the other with an outdoor eating area. Hammock on front porch. Ramp gives handicap access to the first floor. Space for up to six cars under the house – you will not get wet when it rains! Under-house lockable storage for golf clubs, etc.

Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
