This centrally located Plantation Club three bedroom villa is a short walk to the stunning SeaPines Beach Club and Golf Clubhouse. Beautiful updates in 2022 include new carpeting, furniture, sliding glass doors, screened porch refurbishment and paint on all walls and trim. Guests looking for the best location and most spacious villa layout will thoroughly enjoy the clean refresh. Bedroom configuration is a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in Bedroom 2 and 2 twins in bedroom 3. All bedrooms have a private bath along with a first floor powder room. Your view from the rear patio is a fairway on the Heron Course and putting green. Great outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Each bedroom has a TV and free WIFI is included. 2 bikes come with the villa and are parked in a bike rack near the front. Park your car right in front of the villa-room for 2 cars.

Ride the bikes almost everywhere on the extensive paved bike/walking paths. Fun little trips are to the South Beach Village and the Salty Dog Café, Harbour Town, the 600 acre Forest Preserve, The SeaPines Beach Club, the free petting zoo at Lawton Stables, and free tennis at a private club. Enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer from one of the best locations.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Clean, Great Location

Our group had 4 adults so we appreciated the two king beds. The villa met all of our needs. The unit was clean. The location was the best part. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog. Jessica was very responsive and friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Communication was slow. Asked a question upon arrival and didn’t get a response until the next day either through VRBO or cell phone provided. House is run down and not as clean as past reviews stated. I would not stay again.

Super Sea Pines Location

Spent Thanksgiving at this great spot in Sea Pines. Close to Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town, and the beach next to the Marriott, it was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was well equipped and pet friendly. The owners were easy to communicate with. Recommend highly!

Great location and family vacation house

Property was perfect for our family of 5. We utilized the kitchen to have some meals at the house. Close drive to the beach. Pool in the complex was very nice. We would stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay

This unit is well located halfway between the beach and harbor town. It has the benefit of a screened porch on the ground floor, and a nice balcony off of the main bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed with good utensils, etc. All in all a wonderful place to gather with family.

Great Getaway

My wife and I booked a long weekend getaway as we both wrapped up our busy seasons at work. The stay more than met our expectations. The location was great, with close proximity to everything we love about Hilton Head. The condo itself was perfect- lots of room, good amenities, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

Love the location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and near the beach. It was very nice to have our two dogs join us and they enjoyed beach walks daily. Two bikes included was a bonus. It could use some deep cleaning, carpets and tile need some love even considering it’s a dog friendly place. One disappointment was no grill and. Each chairs except one were not usable. Time to get new ones. Also a cooler and some other beach items would make it more comparable to other places. Overall a great week.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and the location is fantastic but everything is very dated. The AC worked well upstairs if you closed all the vents downstairs. We would definitely recommend for 6-8 people.

We loved this place! It was spacious and well-maintained. It's about a 1/2 mile from the beach club boardwalk (about 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes biking when you factor in street crossings). There is also a trolley stop for the beach in the parking lot of the unit and just a few steps from the front door. Be aware that this location is the first stop on the trolley route, which is GREAT when you're leaving the beach, but it does take about 20 minutes of riding around to get *to* the beach. If you're carrying a lot of beach equipment, an air conditioned trolley is still often more ideal than walking.The unit did come equipped with a few beach chairs (two that were really nice), 4 beach towels, and a couple of boogie boards. The only con for us was the dryer. It took three 70-minute cycles on high heat to dry a load of towels (and we did a load of towels daily). It seems like it might need some work. Otherwise a wonderful stay in the Sea Pines community!

Annual Sea Pines Trip

Had a great trip. Place was perfect size for our family of 5 plus four-legged friend. Very clean; would not have guessed it was pet friendly. We liked that it included two bikes which is our main mode of transport in sea pines. While not golfers we like this location because it’s an easy bike ride to everything. It’s close to the beach club for folks that want those amenities while at the beach but we like to head about a mile away where the beach is less crowded. We would rent from Jessica and Scott again and we would rent this property again.

Great Hilton Head Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Here are the highlights: - Plenty of room for six people - Nice walk to the beach (bring a beach cart if you have a lot of stuff) - The queen beds were very comfortable - The pools were nice, the water was temp still refreshing Negative – A rental that sleeps six should have large enough cookware to cook for six. While this unit has a lot of decent items we found ourselves needing to use multiple pans when one larger pan would have handled the task. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Location!

Location, location, location! The condo was in a great spot, with a trolley stop out front that could take you to the beach club or other parts of sea pines. Two pools within a short walk, and the beach about 10-15 min walk. The property description was very accurate and we felt if fit our group of 4 adults and two children very well. One thing to note, two of the upstairs bedrooms (king beds) were much warmer than the rest of the unit and no ability to cool it down. At the pool, we did talk to residents of other units that all said they experience the same thing. Overall, we would definitely stay here a again and had a great trip!

Our family of 6 visited Hilton Head Island while my teenage son played in a golf tournament nearby. Jessica helped us book the unit and was prompt and professional from start to finish. The villa was very clean and spacious. It has an updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as some other updates throughout. The three bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths were perfect for us to spread out and relax, with 4 kids ages 11-17. The kitchen is a nice size for cooking in which we did for several meals. It is well-stocked with utensils and dishes as well as some storage containers. We also appreciated having a full laundry room in the villa. The villa is located on the Heron Point golf course and very convenient (maybe a block) to the clubhouse for that and Atlantic Dunes if you are playing golf. The beach club (which is newly renovated and beautiful) is a quick bike ride or 2 blocks walking distance from the villa. Harbour Town is an easy 1-mile bike ride away. We visited there a couple of times for browsing, climbing the lighthouse, and water sports. South Beach Marina (The Salty Dog Cafe) is 3 miles and very bikeable if you have the time. Two bikes were provided with the unit and we rented an additional 4. Lawton Stables are about a mile away and also easy to get to on bike. We enjoyed the trail ride there as well as the petting farm. We also drove to Shelter Cove Marina for a dolphin cruise with Dolphin Seafari, which was fantastic. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed another week! We barely had time to experience everything this location and villa have to offer. One more thing-this is my second trip to Hilton Head and it had been many years since I last visited. On our last visit, we stayed in Shipyard Plantation at a nice resort on the beach. It was enjoyable but Sea Pines is the way to go. It is a totally different experience than the rest of the island, with its resort feel, bike trails, trolley, beach club, golf courses, and beautiful trees. It did not even feel like the same island as our last visit. I highly recommend this villa and I hope we can return soon. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Family vacation

The house was awesome with its three bedroom layout and three bathrooms. All the beds were comfortable and two king size beds were awesome. The kitchen was very well stocked. We could have used some bigger oven pans but we made it work. Living room space was great. The two free bikes came in handy for leisurely rides around at night. Walk to the beach is about .5 mile. You can drop off at the beach club with your car pass we found at this week. That was helpful because it was hot. The pool water was way to hot to swim so we stayed on the beach. Owners were super helpful with any question that I had. It was a great week.
