This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa features more than golf views. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for brewing the morning coffee to enjoy on the deck. Speaking of the deck, be sure to rustle up some steak and lobster to prepare on the gas grill and enjoy at the outdoor dining table or the indoor dining area. The spacious great room is fitted with comfortable seating for enjoying game or movie night, or just curling up on the sofa with a good book. Sliding doors provide easy access to the deck and help to bring in the views!

Also on the main floor, you have a full-size washer and dryer, a full bath and a spacious guest bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom. The first has 2 queen beds and the other has 2 full beds.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops and restaurants. The Turnberry Village area of Palmetto Dunes Resort has an on-site community pool and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Great Place to Stay for any Occasion

We visited HHI for the week to do some golfing and tennis with family. 207 Turnberry Village was perfect for us! We loved the golf course view and the ability to grill out. We were a short bike ride to the tennis courts or the beach. We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing Vacation!

This is a fantastic unit! We had 5 adults and two children sleep comfortably. We loved the board games and the golf course view from the deck is breathtaking! We had a wonderful time. Thank you for making it a great stay.

Great senior trip for granddaughter

It was a grand experience for all. Something for everyone. Kids loved the beach, biking and we all loved everything about the place. Beautiful setting, great location for shopping and dining. We will return!

Nice deck overlooking the golf course, great kitchen and dining area and spacious bedrooms. Booking was easy and communications was great with Mark! Great vacation home

My family of four and my parents stayed in this home for vacation. The home was clean and well appointed with lots of lovely extras, games, welcome gift and more. A lovely view of the golf course and nice community pool. Our only complaint is the dryer was not efficient. Clothes and towels especially took a very long time to dry.

Hilton Head at Palmetto Dunes in the Fall

The condo was clean and the welcome gift was a nice personal touch. Locating the office to pick up the parking passes was difficult. Thankfully someone was in the office after hours and answered my call. We had a great time even though the weather was rainy and cool the latter part of the week.

My friends and I were very impressed with the property! Except the dryer….my friend washed her clothes right before we left and when she put them in the dryer there was no heat and they didn’t dry. I informed the property manager in an email and he never got back to me. I would stay there again!

Family vacation

The property was perfect for my families needs. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and the layout was perfect. The location is great, right on the golf course. We rented bikes but depending on how far you needed to go you could walk. It was about a half a mile to the Marriott resort which is where we went to the beach. Across the street from the Marriott was place where you could rent bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. there is also a general store. There is a shopping center about a mile and a half from the house outside of the guard gates. The center has a grocery store, cute shops and great restaurants.

Palmetto Dunes

We just returned from our stay in Hilton Head Palmetto Dunes. Our condo was fantastic. We loved the location. So easy to walk and bike everywhere. Our place was clean, and spacious and we would happily stay here again. My only suggestions would be to have kleenex in some of the rooms or bathrooms and an extra roll of paper towels. Also we bought a bunch of food one night to grill and unfortunately the grill wasn't working, it never got hot enough to cook anything. Hopefully it can be fixed for future guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house was perfect for spring break getaway for my family (husband, two teens, and 8 year old). Location was great. 1 mile bike ride to the Palmetto Dunes oceanfront access. Love being close to Shelter Cove, teens like to ride their bikes over there for a bit of freedom. House was adorable and clean. Nice quiet view of the 10th green. TVs all had streaming services. Pool was really close but freezing (not heated). Only suggestion would be to add some board games and beach chairs or sand toys, which are never fun to cart back and forth.

Lovely condo

This is a lovely condo that -- with its three bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) and three bathrooms -- worked well for our family. It's beautifully decorated and there are plenty of pots and pans and items to cook with. The view of the golf course from the deck is lovely, and all the appliances work well. (The dishwasher is so quiet I thought at first it wasn't on!) We didn't know the resort that the condo is in, but it is as pretty as others we've visited on Hilton Head. We saw deer twice, and we enjoyed the quick drive to the Palmetto Dunes beach access, where the beach was not crowded. It was helpful, too, to have the General Store nearby when we didn't want to make the 10-minute drive to a supermarket. We rented a bike from the rentals just inside the resort and our teen was able to be a free agent. It was nice, too, that the rental agency provided dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The only issue we had was with internet access. After everyone else was in bed our first night, I sat down and tried to go online to do several hours of pressing work, using the wifi password that was provided in a framed list of information about the condo. While I could see the network, I couldn't get the password to work. I called the company managing the unit the next morning -- a Saturday -- and staff there made suggestions about restarting and unplugging the modem and router. Nothing. In a couple of hours a technician came by and explained that rebooting the router -- something I'd also tried -- reset it to factory setting and so that the password set by (presumably) the owners wouldn't work. He gave me a new password. I left the piece of paper with that password beside the framed paper that explains what the original password was. But I wondered whether the issue I had was just that a previous guest had accidentally reset the password. I would definitely stay here again, but would check the wifi as soon as I arrived.
