Make vacation memories at “Seas the Day”! You will relax immediately as you enter the centrally located serene neighborhood of Lawton Woods in the gated community of Sea Pines. Nestled among the stately live oaks and Spanish moss you will find beach access is only .08 miles away, the Sea Pines Beach Club is 1.3 miles from the house and steps away is miles of bike trails, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Lawton Stables.
The private pool is a perfect place to relax and take a dip and offers plenty space for everyone’s enjoyment. There is dining for eight with umbrellas, lounge chairs and high-end Adirondack chairs as well as a charcoal Weber grill. The pool can be heated at an additional fee (April – October).
Enter the foyer to first floor living which offers a spacious coastal decorated living room with vaulted ceilings and ample comfortable seating. For your entertainment needs there is a 55-inch HD Smart TV which features an upgraded cable package plus DVD player and family games. A sliding glass door opens to a bright sunroom with ceiling fan and cozy seating. The best spot to enjoy a relaxing morning cup of coffee.
To the left of the foyer is a large dining room with seating for eight overlooking the pool area. Off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, flat top stove, granite countertops and modern two-tone cabinets. Start up kitchen amenities include dish towels, sponge, dishwasher and dish soap, paper towels and trash bag. Everything you need to begin your trouble-free vacation.
From the kitchen you can also enter the sunroom.
To the right of the foyer is the large primary bedroom with a king size bed, a HDTV and reclining chair for your relaxation. The walk-in closet offers plenty of space to feel at home. The en suite has a granite top vanity and step in shower. Bath towels, soap, bath and facial tissue, hair dyer and makeup mirror are provided.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, HDTV, seating and large closets.
Steps away is a hall bathroom with a granite top vanity, and large step in shower.
Also in the hall is a full-size washer and dryer as well as iron and an ironing board.
The third bedroom is located upstairs has two full size beds, a HDTV and a private bath with granite top vanity and shower bathtub combination. This space is a perfect private retreat for young vacationers.
All bedrooms include bedding and bathrooms include bath towels, soap, bath and facial tissue, hair dyer and makeup mirror.
The house is outfitted with high-speed wireless internet to meet your technology needs.
“Sea the Day” is conveniently located to all Sea Pines has to offer; five miles of beach, three championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, miles of bike trails, Harbor Town, South Beach/Salty Dog, 600-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Lawton Stables and so much more.

**The pool is partly shaded. It can be cool even in the Summer.
Pool heater is available for an additional fee of $325.00 per week.
Heating not available November through March. If wanting to stay during this time send me a quote request and I will remove the $325.00 heating fee for the pool.
