Enjoy a peaceful stay in this quant one bedroom apartment in Ganges. The property is centrally located between Saugatuck and South Haven.
This is an original motel style building.
Built in the 1950's as a truck stop motel.
Based on availability, you can rent one apartment or all six.
Each apartment has, one bedroom, one bath, and open concept living area.
I purchased this property in 2017 and much renovation has been done.
This unit is furnished with queen size bed, night stand, appliances, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cook ware, linens, television, table, chairs, and lamps. Hardwood flooring throughout.
Close to beaches, wineries, restaurant, and breweries.
Free wifi and standard cable television.
Maximum of two adults per apartment.
There is no on site office. Guests are greeted upon checking in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was the perfect spot for our trip! Our apartment was the perfect size, had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was great for our dog who stayed with us (ample room) and was only a short drive from everywhere we had to go while visiting. If youre looking to stay in the area, stay here!

Great comfortable renovated stay

Room was very well renovated and the room was cozy. Very close drive to holland, saugatuck, and douglas. Quiet surroundings. Terry was great & very responsive to messages.

Quiet and pet friendly

This was our first experience with a VRBO. It was a great location for local attractions. Owner Terry, was friendly and on site. Check in and check out was easy. We will return for another stay. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and very quiet.

Good place for long stay

It has kitchen and all amenities so it's a good place for staying for few days. Nothing fancy but it got all you need.

Cute and quiet

We were in the area scoping out potential places and neighborhoods in SW Michigan to relocate to in 2025. The motel was in a great location near Holland and Saugatuck, close highway access and made it easy to explore the area. Terry was very nice and met us at check-in. The place was clean and very reasonably priced. We even saw some wildlife during our stay. Overall great stay. Would stay again if traveling to the same area.

What a great value.

The apartments have a full kitchen and have been nicely remolded. The only advice is to check out all of the apartments to find which one has seating and storage that you need. I love the setting and the apartments are the best value you could hope to find.

Close by

Although our place was not near the beach it was close enough for us to get to the places we wanted in the area. We came to the area to go to Saugatuck. It was a short drive and we spent two days visiting the town. When we left we were close enough to stop by Grand Haven, walked the beach and did shopping in town. Our "apartment" was comfortable with a separate bedroom from the main room. Quite nice.

Worked for my needs

The owner did a decent job of renovating this motel. Nice hardwood flooring. The bed was super comfortable! Heat system was new and very quiet. Heated up quickly because of the size. Downside was it was always damp in the apartment and always sand on the floor because of the dirt driveway. The café in front reopened while I was staying and it was nice! Great baked goods and lots of coffees. The owner was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Even came to let my dog walker in when she forgot her key. Good place for a short stay. Close to the beach and nature preserves. Great new local brewing company down the road.
