Located just a short 8 minute walk from downtown Saugatuck and a 12-minute walk to Douglas, our condo offers stunning views of Kalamazoo Lake across the street. Step into our cozy space and fall in love with all the amenities we have to offer. From the fully loaded kitchen to the snack bar, queen bed, Roku TV (use your own Netflix/Hulu account), updated bathroom, beach and bath towels, and more - we've thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable. Convenient property to Saugatuck & walkable to town in fair weather. The property was clean enough, but the dirty looking grout throughout the bathroom was not my cup of tea. We had impossible difficulties with the door code upon entry, which was not due to entering before checkin, as warned in the arrival instructions. Luckily, the after hours agent answered the phone & got us a code that worked after trying several different ones, 30 minutes later. We'd stay there again for the price (given that's based on remtal season) & convenience .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead 4. The rooms was clean and the area beautiful. Wonderful proximity to water and downtown. Disappointed there were no laundry facilities as advertised.

Perfect location

Great location to walk to downtown. Nice and clean, kitchen well-equipped for cooking ‘at home’. We so enjoyed our stay in quaint Saugatuck. Perfect place for 2!

Floor was very dirty. Our socks turned a different color. Not sure the last time they were cleaned. AC unit was also very dusty and loud. It ran on and off and temperature was not very well regulated. Overall good stay.

I loved the property! It was nice, clean, modern and close to where we wanted to go. It was quiet. The only thing that was a bummer was it said we would have laundry- our text link listed laundry and even had laundry pods in the kitchen- but when asked was told the smaller unit doesn’t have it. I had planned to wash clothes before I left- wasn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience.

The space itself is nicely updated and clean. The only visible wear was peeling paint in the bathroom. I felt like some important items in the listing were inaccurate. Most importantly- there is no laundry even though the listing says there is. I wouldn’t have booked had I known that. There were other items specifically mentioned in the listing not present also. The only clothing storage was a small dresser. Some hooks or a hanging rod would go a long way. Our code didn’t work on arrival, and it took longer than you’d expect to sort out. Then the new code only worked once. I just let it go. We had an issue with the heat being on, but they came pretty quickly to help. The space was also smaller than it looks in photos. I had to tuck a pack n play in, and it left barely any living space to spread out. Then the only chair in the place was used to hold clothes I’d normally hang. This place really did not work for my kid and me. But it was clean and quiet and convenient to downtown. It just felt like some important things were overlooked or skipped, and the inaccuracies and other issues really soured my view of the experience. We will stay elsewhere next summer.
