Want to get away in the Rocky Mountains? We have the best kept secret for you. This cabin is only 3 years old and located in the beautiful Valley of the Sun, just north of Fairplay and about 35 minutes south of the Breckenridge ski resort. Full unobstructed views of Sheep Mountain from the deck, surrounded by pine and aspen trees and plenty of wonderful wildlife. Granite in kitchen with hardwood floors and gas stove with breakfast bar. Gas fireplace in living room, log bunk bed, foosball table, and separate living area for the kids to play and watch TV while the adults have a glass of wine by the fireplace. 2 car attached garage with plenty of additional parking in the driveway. Lots of places to hike right from the property and unexpected adventures abound. Wonderful getaway for multiple families where memories will sure to be made. We have lived in Colorado for 20+ years and simply love the mountains. We have three children and we love anything and everything about being in the mountains together as a family. We have made some of our best memories in the Rocky Mountains and we wanted a place to call our own. We love skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, exploring, whitewater rafting, and being outdoors. We have designed this place based on many years/experience of renting through VRBO to incorporate everything that is important to us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Major ski resorts nearby, whitewater, rafting, kayaking, alpine lakes, sailing and canoeing, fishing in gold waters and creek next door, trails for biking, hiking, snow shoeing, x-skiing, rockhounding, climbing, horseback riding, photo opportunities! After your perfect day, enjoying a fire, and the natural feeling of being wrapped in beautiful log cabin, nestled in the woods with your family and friends!
