Que vous fassiez de la randonnĂ©e, du vĂ©lo, du ski, de la pĂȘche ou des centaines d'activitĂ©s que le Colorado a Ă  offrir, Base Camp a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire de votre aventure une expĂ©rience confortable et mĂ©morable!

Votre maison loin de chez vous est à seulement 30-45 minutes de la ville historique de Breckenridge et à 52 minutes de Buena Vista. Guides de plein air pour de nombreuses activités, et quatre autres stations de ski sont toutes à moins de 60 minutes!

Cette maison de 3 BR, 2 BA a des lits pour dormir confortablement 8 personnes. Des personnes supplĂ©mentaires peuvent ĂȘtre hĂ©bergĂ©es grĂące Ă  l'utilisation d'un matelas pneumatique rĂ©glable et jamais plat ou d'un canapĂ©. Si vous voyagez avec un petit, nous avons ce qu'il vous faut! Nous avons un Pack-n-Play, une barriĂšre pour bĂ©bĂ©, une baignoire pour bĂ©bĂ©, un transat et une chaise haute pour votre usage. Et ne vous inquiĂ©tez pas, nous n'avons pas oubliĂ© votre bĂ©bĂ© en fourrure. Un lit pour chien et des bols de nourriture / eau sont inclus.

La cuisine et le salon à aire ouverte permettent une interaction facile entre les amis et la famille. Le salon contient un foyer au gaz et une télévision pour profiter tout en vous relaxant sur le canapé. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous vos accessoires de cuisine et appareils électroménagers, ainsi que du café et du thé gratuits.

La salle de jeux en bas offre un espace supplémentaire pour s'étaler. Détendez-vous sur le grand canapé en coupe et regardez un film, ou défiez votre famille / vos amis au baby-foot ou à un jeu de société.

Une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et détergent gratuit permet aux invités d'emporter de la lumiÚre et d'économiser de la place pour des souvenirs.

Les 2 ponts permettent aux clients de profiter pleinement de ce terrain de montagne de 1 acre entouré de pins de lodge. Profitez de l'observation des oiseaux et de la vue sur la chaßne de montagnes sur le pont supérieur, et détendez-vous dans le nouveau bain à remous pour 7 personnes situé sur le pont inférieur. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur à explorer et à ne faire qu'un avec la nature.

Everything was fantastic. Our host was very easy to work with and also left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy. There was everything we could ask for in the house and having little kids with us this was definitely the perfect set up.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My kids (20, 18, and 14) and I were looking for a relaxing long weekend getaway where we could bring our dog, and this place was perfect! We loved unwinding in the hot tub each night, tackling puzzles, playing card games, hiking, and hunting for the hidden gnomes. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—a true home away from home. I especially enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder. Just a tip: don’t forget your snow boots! Be sure to stock up at the market on your way in, then settle in and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Cozy and wonderful house

Absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s home over thanksgiving! We were lucky to get snow, which made it even more magical. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was incredibly clean as well as the whole house. Our family had a wonderful time. Thanks, Ana!

Great Getaway!

Fabulous property and perfect getaway for our family! We took our kids (4 and 10) and they had a blast with the arcade games and finding the gnomes! We also took our dog who had a great time too! FairPlay is super dog friendly and we took him everywhere with us. The house had everything we needed and more.

Home sweet home

My family loves to visit Colorado in the summer and this home was perfect for us. It is one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in and has everything needed for a perfect stay. My son loved the arcade area and everything about the home was welcoming. Definitely will keep it in mind for our next visit to Fairplay.

Mountain Escape

Other than the night we had no power for about 5 hours, meaning also no running water, everything was great. And it was a wonderfully welcome place to have our dogs with us. We enjoyed the views from the deck, and at 11,000”, it we even cool in August.

Family Weekend Getaway!

Cabin was perfect we had 3 adults and 3 kids ages 7-16. This cabin has everything you needed, was clean and in a beautiful setting. Patios, hot tub and grill outside were great for the adults and the kids loved the arcade games. Great weekend away, the town is about 15-20 mins away bring your snacks with you. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway

Our family needed a change of scenery and needed to escape the Texas heat. We found this cabin to be the perfect place to take in fresh mountain air and enjoy the views. My kids loved the arcade games and the hot tub. My husband and I loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed our time. Thanks for the memories!

Pure Beauty

The property is full of beautiful views! The chalet is very clean and literally has everything you need. My 9 year old son loved the arcade and hot tub, dogs loved exploring around the property, and my husband and I were able to sit back and relax. Breckenridge is a drive a way, FairPlay and Alma as well. All with a beautiful scenic drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time in base camp

We had a great time! The base camp is located in a very peaceful area with very friendly wild life nearby. Internet is strong enough for working remotely and lots of stuff to do for family within 30-60 minutes of driving (hiking, National park, gold panning, fishing). Thank you for a wonderful adventure!

Beautiful mountain cabin

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it had all of the necessary amenities we needed for cooling, but also extras we were pleasantly surprised by such as all of the baby and dog gadgets. The hot tub was amazing, large enough to fit 6 people, and you can't beat the views overlooking the valley! Overall it was an awesome experience and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips.

Off the grid

The house was amazing. Perfect floor plan and amenities. You felt like you were out in the wilderness with no one around. The 2-3 mile drive down the dirt/snowy road was amazing. Ensure you have 4WD or chains in the winter to make the drive to the house. Place was clean, exactly how the photos portrayed the home. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Perfect mountain getaway!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The cabin is tucked in the mountains just outside of Fairplay and close to restaurants and grocery shopping in town. Breckenridge is only about 40 mins away. Since the cabin is in the mountains up, you do need a vehicle with good tires - the roads were icy and snow packed during our December stay. We did use our chains once after a snow shower for more traction on the county roads leading up to the cabin - the hosts have chains in the garage if you didn't bring any. Most days, however, we were able to get up the mountain just fine with the AWD and snow tires. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. There is also plenty of paper goods and shampoo/soap. The children enjoyed playing with the snow toys. Having access to the garage was a huge plus - it kept the ice and snow off of our vehicle. Thank you for a great stay! If we return to the area, we would be sure to stay at Base Camp again.

Good location

The location of the property is great for hiking. Overall the house is comfortable but we were disappointed by a few things. Upon arrival we found pieces of dog biscuits on the carpeted stairs, we then noted the entire first floor had not been vacuumed. Due to current health concerns I wiped down some of the wood furniture, and the wipe I was using removed quite a bit of dirt. It was suggested that we use humidifiers for our comfort. I opened them up before use, and found what appeared to be built up dirt or mold. We contacted the owner to let her know that the Keurig was broken and the regular drip coffee maker was so dirty inside that I did not want to use it. Her reply was to use the French Press that was there. I bought 50 K cups with me because the listing stated that there was a Keurig to use. She texted the next day and asked if we used the French Press, I explained to her that we found the problem with the Keurig and we were manually poking holes in the bottom of the pods with a skewer. She never supplied a new Keurig. We also told her the water in the hot tub was cloudy and foamy. Anna said she would possibly send someone out. We were told the next day that someone did come out and the foam in the water was acceptable. We used it once more and found that the blower had been shut off, thus there was a bit less foam. Strange but convenient remedy to a problem. If you google "hot tub foam' it is due to water being old and full of solutes. We did manage to enjoy our stay, but I was disappointed in the upkeep of the property and the lack of corrective action to the problems that we found. I have rented from owners with Premier Partner status in the past and have never had this type of experience.

We had a great time! The cabin was just as described- we had everything we needed. Sitting on the deck after a day of fishing and slipping into the hot tub after dinner were welcome respites.

Hiking vacation

we loved the house and the property. The 6 hidden gnomes was such a fun way to get introduced to the property! We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed a perfect view of the moon while soaking. The house had every possible amenity. It was so nicely decorated and comfortable. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Superior Host and Property

This cabin was amazing. Located in a beautiful mountain forest with breathtaking views and a peaceful serenity. But even as great as the property was, it didn’t compare to how wonderful the host and experience was. The home was well stocked, extremely clean, and came with a very detailed manual that explained important facts about the home and gave lots of highlights about the local area. Communication with the host was timely, friendly, and filled with a welcoming warmth that made my family excited to spend time in their home. The entire experience was top quality and we would highly recommend this property to everyone.
