Seascape is conveniently located. You could park in either of the two designated underground garage spaces and easily walk to beautiful beaches, a mini grocery market, many great dining options, night life, CVS, the post office, and walking/bike trails. Historic Highway 101/PCH with many fine and fast dining options, coffee shops, bars, live music, and nightlife is .3 miles from the condo. Take a .5 mile walk to Solana Beach’s Fletcher Cove Beach Park with public access and summer concerts in the park on Thursday nights. Also within walking distance and .8 miles way is the Solana Beach Amtrak train and Coaster (Beach Cities Light Rail) station. Avoid traffic by using the Coaster which runs from Oceanside to Downtown San Diego.

Things you should know about this property: There is no ocean view from inside this unit. Due to the proximity to the beach, this property (like most in the neighborhood) does not have air conditioning. Minimum 30 day rental and smoke free complex per HOA rules. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, and no drugs are permitted in unit. Must climb stairs from parking garage to unit (an alternative exists) and from downstairs to upstairs bedrooms. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures are strictly enforced.
Base Rate: $140 per night x 30 nights = $4,200
Exceptions to base rate include the following high seasons:
