Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 2.5 baths. Cable/WiFi. Outdoor shower. Path off the back deck leads to two lowers decks on the beach. Beach stairs lead to private beach. Master has a private deck with panoramic bay views. Grill with outdoor patio dining. Laundry in basement with second fridge. Steps to Mayflower beach which has a snack shack. Jet ski rentals and parasailing available off Sesuit Harbor (5 minute drive).
The house is located a mile from Dennis Village which has Cape Cod Playhouse, Dennis Public Market, café's (Mercantile, Underground Bakery, Zest, Donut Shack), restaurants (Scargo Café, Red Pheasant, Pecorino, Fin, Encore Bistro & Bar, Galleria Wine Bar), bike rental shop, antique stores, specialty cheese and wine shop, Nancy's Candy, and local gift shops. The house is walking distance to Chapin's restaurant (fantastic raw bar!) and Gina's by the Sea (gourmet Italian cuisine).
