Belle maison de plage rénovée située à proximité des plages de Dennis au nord de 6A

Cette maison a subi une rénovation complète et est un endroit parfait pour plusieurs belles plages de Dennis. Cette maison est bien équipée avec tous les nouveaux meubles, toutes les commodités de la maison, la climatisation centrale partout et tout ce dont votre famille a besoin pour des vacances à la plage fabuleuses! Tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et casseroles, et 2 placards de linge de toilette bien approvisionnés, serviettes de plage, parasols, chaises de plage et douche extérieure. Espace adulte à l'étage avec une télévision grand écran et grand espace familial au rez-de-chaussée avec table de billard, télévision grand écran et air hockey, un sous-sol sans ascenseur avec porte pleine qui laisse entrer le soleil dans une grande cour arrière. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés en bas avec un espace de couchage supplémentaire. À venir pour la conversion du garage à l'été 2020 en espace à manger supplémentaire, grande terrasse extérieure et chambre supplémentaire.

Cette maison est située à 1, 5 miles de Bayview Beach (plage résidentielle où vous pouvez faire des restitutions ou garer un vélo), 1. 6 miles à Mayflower Beach (plage publique) et 1. 8 miles à Corporation Beach (plage publique) . Les plages de la baie sont un endroit idéal pour les familles, une eau cristalline avec du sable doux et à marée basse, la plage a une grande surface et un espace pour les jeux de balle en famille, le volley-ball et le maïs.

Nous sommes à moins d'un mile du centre de Dennis où vous pouvez trouver un magnifique parc pour enfants ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, et à 1 mile du Cape Playhouse. Dennis est un endroit parfait sur le Cap pour vous et votre famille pour profiter de tout ce que le Cap a à offrir!

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd stay with Paula and it was a great experience again. This house is spotlessly clean, great for kids, well decorated, and in a perfect location. We already planned for next year with her.

From the initial booking, to day of questions, Paula responded almost immediately and was so accommodating. The house looks exactly like the photos.. clean, bright, beautiful, BEACHY! The location was perfect, close enough to the beach but also private and close to DPM, route 6A, etc. if you are looking for a beautiful house close to mayflower beach, look no further, this is the one!

Great summer vacation!

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Mayflower beach and a short walk to a playground and shops. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, and spacious.

The house was very modern with everything provided except linens. Paula was very communicative before our stay. The finished basement was great for the kids. The beach was close by and within a short drive away and we could bike nearby to ice cream. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Awesome Updated House in a Great Location

My family and I spent a week and really enjoyed our stay. The house has just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable - A/C, streaming / television and a good assortment of kitchen supplies to do your own cooking. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Cape vacation.

Great spot!

This was our first stay in Dennis. We usually stay in Chatham but wanted to be closer to our favorite beaches. This house was gem!! So close to Mayflower and walking distance to some great shops. We hop to return again next year!

We had a great stay with Paula. We were able to check in as soon as the property was available which was very helpful. The house is in perfect biking distance to the beach and comes fully stocked with all your necessities and even fun games to play during your stay. The house was very clean.

Wonderful vacation place

I really love this house and have come for 2 summers. The description is spot on, and the house is tastefully done, and very comfortable. If I decide to go to Dennis again I will for sure rent this house again. Paula was also amazing and always quick to reply if I had a question.

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this lovely home and again it was clean, organized, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Communication with the owners was great both via text and with their Welcome Packet of information. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to several great beaches and some of our favorite places to eat! We are already looking forward to booking agin for next summer!

The house was well equipped. It was walkable distant to the beach! It was close to the Creamery and donuts! All age groups enjoyed all the house had to offer and it's local!

Great vacation spot!!

A Great Family Vacation

We absolutely adored this house. It was extremely clean, organized, and decorated very nicely. The house had everything that we needed as a young family. The location of this house was perfect for our family's needs as well. It was convenient to beaches, restaurants, and The Village Coffee Shop. The house is also on a quiet road. Communication with the owners of the house was excellent as well. We were extremely happy with our stay and we can't wait to go back next summer!

Cape getaway!

Our family of 4 (2 kids - 5 and 8 years old) loved Paula’s Cape getaway! The home was extremely clean, well maintained and the beautifully decorated! There were an outdoor shower, games, a pool table and a large yard for the kids to play in, but the proximity to Mayflower beach was the biggest seller! Paula was quick to respond to any questions. The outdoor space was wonderful to enjoy at night.

Amazing house!!

We loved the house and everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and very comfortable. Loved the large and private backyard too. The only observation was that there were not hocks for bath towels, but we made due. :)

Wonderful experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Paula’s home! It is beautifully decorated and is very clean. The backyard is beautiful and provided hours of entertainment for my family. The house is very well located - just a very short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. It’s also very easy to access neighboring areas and towns from this location. Paula was also very responsive and available as we needed her. Overall a wonderful stay for my family and I!

Great house for family beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was clean upon arrival and the house looked exactly like the pictures. The house was large enough for my family of four and my mother. The rental was equipped with everything we needed and some extras like bikes to ride. The beds were comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower and big yard. The location was great as we were near our favorite beach., Mayflower. The owners were great and very responsive. We definitely want to stay again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing time at this beautifully and tastefully renovated home in Dennis. Just over a mile to Dennis, Corporation and Chapins beaches. Home is stocked with everything you could think of and is brand new. We stayed here with our four young kids and their grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out. Homeowners are lovely and very responsive. Will definitely be back.

A five star gem!

A wonderful and fully renovated Cape house on a quiet street and close to all the best Dennis beaches. Paula has the house in top shape with plenty of thoughtful details, including sandwich and snack baggies, which was incredibly helpful as we packed for the beach each morning. The kids loved playing cornhole in the big backyard and the beds were very comfortable. We are definitely coming back.

OUTSTANDING

This property is superb. The location is close to route 6A in Dennis, yet the street is quiet. The very clean house was furnished with new comfortable sofas and chairs. Visitors can barbecue and enjoy their meal on the patio. The kitchen is modern as are the bathrooms. The beach is a short walk from the house. Every convenience you might want is provided. We hope to return next summer.

Cape in July

The home is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of Cape Cod, beach touches. I appreciated the unexpected amenities, like full length mirrors, hairdryers, and face wipes. The back yard is huge with a thickly carpeted lawn perfect for lawn games like Bocce, (which is also provided). For 15 years, until it was sold, we rented a property about a mile and a half from Mayflower Beach.
