Breakers Drive is a private gated community located directly on the oceanfront in Corona del Mar. The private road is not accessible to the public. The residence is newly built, approximately 2300 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds, and the third with a queen bed and a twin. Residence sleeps 6 maximum. There are 4 full baths. The master bath suite includes a jetted tub, shower, and marble counters with double sink. The kitchen has granite counters, all stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped. There is a covered deck with fantastic views of the beach, channel entrance, ocean, Catalina, and sunsets. With Catalina in the background, and the jetty to the Harbor, you have unlimited views of sailboats coming and going all day. These views are from the living area, kitchen, and formal dining room with french doors, all facing the ocean. The deck is located off the living area. Home has AC but is really not needed as the ocean breezes are refreshing. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

We didn't want to leave

We found our ideal vacation spot. What a beautiful place, wonderful location and fantastic views! Just steps to the most beautiful beach in California. The home is well appointed and stocked with everything we needed to make our experience perfect. The owners' communication was informative which made our stay that much more easier. We cooked outside on the bbq and enjoyed every meal on the patio. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were fluffy but we could have used a couple more. And there was plenty of parking for three cars. We could never afford a house like this but it was nice to pretend we were living in luxury for a few days. The only problem was our family did not want to leave. Thanks for opening up your home.

Perfect Summer getaway!

Well-maintained three bedroom condo oceanfront with all home amenities included. Home is on private gated Road next to public beach . Bonfire pits are provided on the state beach park alongside the jetty. The home is alongside the Newport Beach jetty. There is parking for three vehicles included .The gas grill is on the front patio. The cable system has over 100 channels and TV on demand as needed. On the garage level is a beautiful modern washroom with large washer and dryer and full bath.

Great spot. Across a parking lot is the beach. The beach is crowded on the weekends but great on the weekdays. You can walk up the street (up the cliff) to close restaurants and shops. The house is clean, nice, and perfect.

Awesome beach vacation

Located right on the beach, beautiful home, so close to everything especially the ocean. Our fourth stay here and we will definitely stay here again. Owners are quick and responsive and very wonderful to work with.

Beachfront House vs. Hotel - Business Trip

It didn't take long to change my colleagues minds once I found this gem of a home. Its location was perfect. Close to our business meetings in Newport Beach, restaurants at night, shopping during the day and the beach right in front was a great way to relax after a long day of meetings. We were the envy of our colleagues at the conference - they now have the details of this beach house for their future visits. I'll be back soon.

Spectacular home!

I highly recommend this property. The owners, have a well stocked home complete with beach chairs, beach toys and beach umbrella. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star property. The view is spectacular. It is so soothing to look out the deck and see Catalina Island, the boats going in and out of the jetty, activitity on the beach, water sports and birds flying over head. My mother wanted to be on the beach for her birthday. She absolutely had a heavenly visit. There is spacious parking, it is centrally located and you can walk to stores and restaurants. I live locally and trust me when I say this is a beautiful place to stay and there are very few properties such as this on the beach.
