Breakers Drive is a private gated community located directly on the oceanfront in Corona del Mar. The residence is newly built, approximately 2300 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds, and the third with a queen bed and a twin. Residence sleeps 6 maximum. There are 4 full baths. The master bath suite includes a jetted tub, shower, and marble counters with double sink. The kitchen has granite counters, all stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped. There is a covered deck with fantastic views of the beach, channel entrance, ocean, Catalina, and sunsets. With Catalina in the background, and the jetty to the Harbor, you have unlimited views of sailboats coming and going all day. These views are from the living area, kitchen, and formal dining room with french doors, all facing the ocean. The deck is located off the living area. Home has AC but is really not needed as the ocean breezes are refreshing. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. CALL OWNER FOR MOST CURRENT CORRECT RATES.
