This 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2 story home (sleeps 10) sits nicely on one of the highest elevations in the exclusive community of Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach directly off 30A. Only 3 homes away from the beautiful palm-tree lined community recreation area which includes a uniquely designed pool, hot-tub, fire pit, observation tower, grills and TV’s with plenty of sofa’s chairs and tables to gather at.

Private parking which can accommodate 3 vehicles and one golf cart which is available for rental at South Walton Carts. Our home is only one mile away from the best beach in the Panhandle, Blue Mountain Beach. Known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas.

What sets our home apart from the other rentals?
1. Comfortable entertaining / relaxing areas throughout the home. Power reclining leather sofas, 7 HD TV’s with Amazon Prime videos and Samsung TV, 3 massive porches with unique furniture, 3 electric fireplaces and 14 ceiling fans.
2. A well stocked kitchen. Oil, spices, cookware, coffee makers, cooking utensils etc. Save a little money and prepare a few meals at home.
3. Premium gel infused memory foam mattresses. High thread count sheets, hypoallergenic pillows and covers. Nothing better than having a wonderful bed on vacation.
4. Added household items well stocked. From toilet paper to shampoo and soap and luxury Turkish bath towels, you will feel like you’re at a 5 star luxury hotel.

Our home is centrally located to many entertainment areas and restaurants.

Shunk Gulley Oster Bar, Blue Mabel, Basmati’s Asian Cuisine, Local Catch seafood, The Perfect Pig, La Playa, The Vue on 30A just to name a few.

Expansive floor plan with high ceilings and fantastic views. The home includes 2 high-performance air conditioning units, WiFi, HULU and Amazon streaming TV and high efficiency washer and dryer for superfast cleaning. Fabulous entertaining space with new chef’s kitchen with almost every device you could think of to prepare a gourmet dinner. The great room also features two power reclining leather sofas set perfectly to view a 65 inch HD 4K smart TV connected to a Denon receiver with Klipsch speakers.
3 massive porches, each with high-end appointments. The front lower porch has a one-of-a-kind teak table and stools. Also, a hose to help rinse off the sandy items from the beach. The front upper porch features beautiful sunset views and a 10 piece lounge set and ceiling fans to help enjoy them! The rear lower porch is set-up for private entertaining with a Tiki bar, TV, fireplace, ceiling fans, lighting and custom handmade teak “crab” chairs and table.
Massive 1st floor master bedroom has a premium 14 inch memory foam mattress with high thread count sheets and several types of pillows for your preference. Also, a 55 inch HD 4K smart TV, 2 ceiling fans and a fireplace. 1st floor master bathroom has an over-sized shower rain head, bench and dual sinks.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms; 3 queens, bunk room and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a HD TV and the queen bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2nd floor master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and oversize rain head. Every bed has a premium memory foam mattress and high thread count sheets. The bunks are a full over twin with memory foam mattresses.
Bike rental available for a small separate fee. Review the attached photos and give us a call. We are offering to share our little bit of heaven with your respectful family. New to the rental market and the available weeks will not last long.

Beach Stay

This house was PERFECT for our large group. It was very spacious with 3 unreal porches to hang out on. The living room was great to host, kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was very neat and tidy. The location is excellent, we walked to a nearby coffee shop every morning for breakfast. I highly highly highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting, we will definitely be rebooking here!

Beautiful, New, Full-Service, well appointed vacation home. Everything you need for you and your family to have a great private, relaxing get away. Beautiful home in a amazing location!

Could not have asked for a better home to stay at. I took my 2 daughters the oldest just graduated and moving to Texas in August to attend TCU so I wanted a nice 4 night getaway and this home more than delivered. The property owners were so amazing with communicating and the property was beyond what we expected. Thank you so much Gregg and Lisa for sharing your home with us and allowing us to make such great memories! Will definitely book again in the near future!!!!

Beautiful beach oasis

The neighborhood was conveniently located close to the beach and right along 30A - giving you access to endless possibilities! It was neat and beautiful, truly a wonderful place for a family. The community pool was warm and inviting. The home itself has everything you could dream of for a beach vacation. A large kitchen, with gourmet appliances and an inviting table is perfect for family meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely comfortable and were well stocked. The home has three porches that were sweet for drinks and hangouts after a long day in the beach. All the beach gear your family could need was just waiting for you in the garage & ready to go for a full day of fun! Gregg & Lisa are the perfect hosts; very accessible & happy to answer any questions! They have really made a great home for the perfect getaway! We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing experience staying at The Peabody’s home in Santa Rosa! This house was the perfect fit for our large group 8 adults and 3 children, and never once felt crowded. From the start, check-in was simple and stress-free. The home was incredibly clean, with fresh towels, clean beds, and fully stocked toiletries. The Peabody’s truly thought of everything! The updated decor gave the house a modern, welcoming touch, we loved the layout and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was the military discount, which we truly appreciated. It gave us access to free beach equipment and adult-sized bikes, which made our beach outings and neighborhood rides so much more enjoyable.We also loved how functional the home was hooks were placed throughout the house for drying clothes and towels, making life easier after beach days. The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of cooking supplies, pots, pans, and even seasonings something we don’t always find in vacation rentals! The two screened-in patios were a favorite spot for everyone to relax in the evenings. Being able to enjoy the outdoor breeze without the hassle of bugs was a huge plus. Mr. Peabody was an excellent host friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have everything they need for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to any families or groups visiting FL. Thank you, Mr. Peabody for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Wonderful! Do not hesitate to stay here!

Our family takes a beach vacation every year, and this is the nicest house we've ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. We loved all the beautiful details of the home and that it had three relaxing outdoor spaces. The showers are amazing, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and spices/oils for cooking. Had it rained, every room had a TV with Netflix and Hulu, and there were board games and an Xbox downstairs. We went to the pool almost every evening. There is construction in the neighborhood but we never heard any of their noise. In Texas we just drive onto the beach with our 1000 lb Yetis and set up our canopies in front of the truck, so hauling stuff in a wagon to the beach had us worried. We got better at it every day. But here's a tip for fellow Texans: be minimalists. Leave all that stuff at home and use Gregg and Lisa's beach chairs/umbrellas. They also had a cooler with wheels. We went to several beaches, and while all of them were beautiful, our favorite beach access ended up being Dune Allen, mostly because it had a ramp for our wagon and a parking lot. Gotta get there early for a spot, but street parking isn't bad. We did go to Panama City and Destin, and even though there were lots of things to do there, I preferred the more relaxed pace of Santa Rosa. Gregg and Lisa were wonderful hosts. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and fixed problems before we even knew about them. Their home is clean and beautiful, and we appreciate them for sharing it with us.

My only complaint is understanding the lights and fan buttonsIn rooms. If you are a computer person.

The light and fans switches hard to work. In the master label fan one and fan 2 explaining what buttons to push. Even some upstairs so had a problem. That is really my only suggestion. Otherwise wveeything was very relaxing

Everything was provided- shampoo, conditioner, soap, beach toys for kids in the bench outside, laundry detergent. Showers were so cute. Garage rental was worth it! Drove from Texas & did not want to carry chairs & umbrellas. Super cute stuff. Too hot to bike, but great. Great communication & very available for any issues (we had none). Clean & safe neighborhood. Awesome pool area! We grilled & stayed in pool lots because of storm Barry & water had jellyfish & rip tides.

Mountain Beach Vacation

We all really enjoyed our stay. Greg (and Lisa) were always available for questions. The house was great and we loved the neighborhood/location. The mater bedroom had a killer shower. We will be back to this spot again very soon. If the weather would have cooperated more we would have loved to ride their bikes, they looked awesome. We really enjoyed the patios being screened in as well. Good times!

My husband and I take a family vacation every year! This property was the best yet!! Gorgeous home fabulous porches! Plenty of room! Showers are like total luxury!!!! Everything was at your fingertips. We had a total of ten people and it was plenty of room! Only steps to the pool. Look No Further...This is the One!!

Our party of 9...children, parents, and grandparents...all stayed here for a family vacation and it could not have been a more enjoyable experience. Truly the most relaxing, spacious and immaculate vacation home we've ever stayed! We had plenty of room to all be together or, if we wanted, to escape to our own private spaces. The house is brand new and has so many well thought out details and features that it belongs in the luxurious category of rentals. The community pool / hot tub / lookout tower area is a quick minute walk up the street and a really sweet alternative to the beach days. We even took advantage of grilling lunch/dinner at the convenient covered outdoor kitchen a few times. The location is perfect...far enough away from traffic congestion yet less than a 5 min. drive to S. Walton Beach and a 10 min. drive to some great shopping in Seaside. The owners also provided an option to rent high-end beach chairs, umbrellas, and mountain bikes for your convenience and enjoyment. The bikes were sized for tweens to adult and the beach chairs had built-in coolers and cup holders. We highly recommend splurging for this option! Did I mention the owners are super nice, responsive and easy to communicate with? It is evident they really want you to enjoy their home so you can have a carefree, relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to FL!
