Amazing stay, as always! This was our third year staying here, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to come back to. The home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has everything we need. The host is wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and makes the entire experience easy from start to finish. We’ve made so many great memories here over the years and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The host of this property is absolutely first class, the most responsive and efficient I’ve ever dealt with, on top of this, generous and super friendly. The property is perfectly located, and has everything you need, 2 similarly sized bedrooms, 2 separate shower rooms, great living space, a deck, great facilities, (if I was to be super critical, the only thing I could have asked for is a nespresso capsule coffee machine, which is what I use all the time at home in the UK) I would absolutely recommend this property, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip

The Carnes cottage was incredibly comfortable, accommodating, and clean. The space is perfect for two couples or a small group of friends. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining. Kevin was a great host from pre-check in all through checkout. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo is great. It's in really good shape. It's "Cape Cod Elegant": casual but, at the same time, a nice place to be. Two bedrooms that are not next to each other. They're at opposite ends of a hallway with a very nice bathroom in between,The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, especially for a rental property. This is a really good condo for people who like to cook and share meals with family or friends. There's a comfortable dining table inside, adjacent to the kitchen. There's also a large deck on the back, with a table for four and several more lounge chairs. We had six sitting comfortably around that table on the deck.The neighborhood is quiet at night, but only a five-minute walk from Commercial Street and less than that to Liz's Cafe.Kevin was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. He's a nice guy.Highly recommended.

Lovely winter retreat

A great location and cozy accommodations. We stayed over NYE and loved being able to walk to everything that was going on. Having an immaculate and perfectly suited bungalow to come back to out of the cold made for a practically perfect time.

This was a wonderful and idyllic home to stay in for a friends weekend in Ptown. It felt like an authentic lived-in home adorned with genuine decor and high-quality amenities. We felt right at home as we arrived and really enjoyed the space for meals, drinks, and just hanging out, chatting and catching up on our lives. The location can’t be beat and checking in was a breeze. Kevin was extremely attentive, responsive, and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quintessential PTown living experience and will definitely keep this place in mind again for future stays.

A great stay!

This place is in a fantastic spot. Close to the center of town but tucked away on a quiet dead end road away from the craziness that Ptown can sometimes be during the summer months. Kevin was responsive and and a clear communicator. Checking in and out was seamless and the house was equipped with all the things we needed for the week. Rooms and living space were comfortable and having two full baths was a nice treat with 4 adults staying there. I'd be glad to stay here again.

Great west end location

Location was a short 2-3 block walk from the activity of commercial street and yet quiet. A 30 min walk to the west end beach. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for a gourmet chef. The owner, Kevin, was very responsive to questions , and very helpful with suggestions.
