¡Bienvenido a Casa Mi Sueño! Esta villa de lujo frente a la playa recientemente actualizada lo tiene todo. Esta unidad está decorada con encanto mexicano pero con un toque moderno de playa. Las vistas panorámicas del Mar de Cortés desde la terraza brindan un entorno tranquilo para disfrutar de un glorioso amanecer, una taza de café o una cena romántica al atardecer. Despertarse en la cama con la impresionante vista fuera de la gran ventana de vidrio distingue a esta unidad. Esta es la vista del millón de dólares que estás buscando y la MEJOR en El Zalate. También es el edificio más cercano a la playa con vistas incomparables y sonidos relajantes de las olas del océano durante todo el día. Por la noche, disfrute de las luces a lo largo de la costa hasta Pamilla. Durante el día, relájese junto a una de las varias piscinas, realice largas caminatas por la playa o descanse en la terraza observando ballenas, marlines y rayas que se escapan del agua. Justo al final de la playa puedes pescar o maravillarte con los surfistas. En la playa de Pamilla, además de la tranquila natación, puede alquilar un barco de pesca pequeño o grande. Todo lo que necesitas hacer es presentarte antes del amanecer. También proporcionamos todo lo que necesita en la playa, incluido un refrigerador, tablas de boggie y sombrillas y sillas Tommy Bahama.

Esta villa terminó de renovarse en octubre de 2017, se ha actualizado con nuevas duchas de mármol, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos (incluida una nueva parrilla al aire libre), nuevas camas (King / 2 Queens) y muebles y las mejores comodidades que encontrará en su hogar. Great view of beach and Gulf of California.Communication with owner and property management was fantastic. Well supplied condo, we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well. Basically just as advertised and we had a great stay.

Another day in paradise

Beatifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the hugh veranda watching the whales. The elevator was conveniently right outside our front door. We loved staying in this condo and definitely would return.

Perfectly Peaceful

We spent our days either on the balcony or poolside, and every single minute was perfect. We only ventured out a few times, the art walk, a friend's place nearby, and La Comer. Everything is close and convenient, and if you don't want to walk, getting an Uber is so easy. This was my 4th trip to San Jose and it's one of my favorite places to visit. This condo made our trip extra special. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet ocean view haven.

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic, beautiful condo in fantastic complex, El Zalate. Communication with owner (answered text messages quickly) was great. Complex, pools, grounds are lovely, and location can't be beat. Easy reasonable Uber to downtown San Jose del Cabo, and anywhere for that matter. Staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. If ever we go back, we would definitely stay here. Thank you, Di, for allowing us to stay in your home, paradise for sure!

LOVE this place

This is the second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Condo is so comfortable and SO well stocked. Loved the addition of organic shampoo and conditioner. You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door!

Beautiful Condo with unbelievable deck

This is a beautiful condo with an unbelievable deck. The views from here were spectacular. We spent several hours each day sitting on the deck and looking at whales and pelicans. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry facilities in the unit were great. The beach here is very wide and long. We had fireworks at night at least twice per week. (We were told they are popular for weddings) It took us a couple of days to figure out how to get the international stations on the tv but once we did we had access to hundreds of channels. The digital front door look took some learning how to operate as well. Once we got used to the lock we were fine. The property is very quiet and people staying here were friendly. The pools and hot tub were wonderful to use. Two restaurants are next to the property ( Mama Mia’s and Cantina Sardinia). We found the food and drinks were very good. Both had great staff. Mama Mia’s had a stage with some great entertainment. A walk to the large grocery store and shopping mall was 20 minutes along the highway. We also walked there along the beach. The coffee shop at the grocery store (La Comer) had great pastries. Starbucks next door. Next to the condo property is a convenience store that was very handy. We did not have a car but walked or used Uber everywhere. Uber would pick you up in less than 5-minutes. Overall a fantastic stay at this condo. Loved our time here and owner very responsive to any messages.

This Balcony!

We rent places in the southern US and Central America 3-4 times a year. This place is by far the best! The location and condo development are fantastic. More importantly, this unit is perfect. So many thoughtful details: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach bags, games, first aid kit (hubby is accident prone), plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, well decorated, filtered water… Seriously, you only need to pack clothes. And, the balcony! We spent so much time here lounging. We grilled, watched fireworks on New Year’s Eve, and saw whales. The owner checked in with us mid stay. The guards were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate rent this home again. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful Place

Sun sand and surf

We’ve stayed at many different condos in El Zalate over the last ten years, and they have all been lovely and we love San Jose, but 403 in Villa 2 is in a class of its own. The remodel is tasteful and modern, the decor fantastic and has a great Baja surf vibe, and the view down the beach towards Zippers and La Roca is perfect from the deck or just waking up in the king sized bed. A wonderful and relaxing family holiday in five star accommodations.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous views of Sea, beach, mountains, pool area. Walkable beach restaurants as well as nearby mini-mart. Great communication with renters. Will definitely be back!

Everything you need to feel at home in paradise

I could go on and on about our wonderful week. The condo was spotless, immaculate and offered everything we needed for a welcome and comfortable home-like stay. I love the location - great beach for walking, visiting a couple other restaurants, and the proximity to San Jose del Cabo (quick to get to downtown via car, grocery stores). I loved the pool area - no waking up early to secure a poolside chair like you have to do at a resort :) Security and the Property Manager were so helpful and friendly, and other condo guests were friendly as well. The Owner provided perfect and thorough instructions and tips prior to arrival. We spent evenings after dinner playing games on the beautiful patio. Two unexpected things that I loved - seeing all the doggies on the beach and that the front door had a lockable screen door. Our favorite experiences: SJD organic farmers market on Saturday morning (two things I learned after the first trip - wear tennis shoes and plan to eat there - seems like lunch-type foods are more plentiful), of course Thursday night art walk, and a trip to Todos Sandos. Next time we'll check out La Paz. Our favorite restaurants - Mamma Juana's for breakfast in SJD (yummy chilaquiles), Buzzards (again yummy breakfast and a nice drive), and having Mama Mia close by was very convenient. We went to the District right across the street twice for dinner and had an enjoyable meal both times. This trip made me fall even more in love with the area. We usually try to switch it up but I'm thinking SJD is my home away from home. There's so much to do (or not do if that's what you like) and would return to Casa Mi Sueno and recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful 2br condo - great beachfront location

Everything was perfect. Amazing views from every room. Every convenience was provided. The pools were nice. The ocean was steps away. My wife got her morning mile swim in right off shore. Rough surf, but nice just beyond breakers. Great food at walkable restaurants nearby (Sushi at Fabric and seafood at Mama Mia’s next door. Loved the quieter area that was a short drive to San Lucas for activities. Great fishing and whale watching tours. Overall it was one of the best trips our family has taken.

Lovely Stay in San Jose del Cabo

We had a great time at El Zalate. The view was spectacular and the condo nicely appointed. The owner, Di, was always available for questions. In addition to being on the beach, it was close to town and shopping. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Siena. It’s a beautifully furnished and well finished condo. Had everything we needed, was close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful quiet escape

Excellent pre-flight information provided which Helped us plan arrival (groceries, what to expect, where to go). Very quiet & peaceful place. With a mini-mart with 100 steps of the gated entry, we were able to quickly get drinks, ice, snacks, etc during our stay. We didn’t rent a car; we just hung out at the pool and watched the waves & jumping bat rays. So cool! Super clean, safe, and we can’t say enough good things about the local staff. Friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will be back.

Awesome.

We had such a great time! We highly recommend staying here during whale season as we did (on accident). We came as 2 couples and had an amazing time! Our husbands did swim in the ocean and the current is super strong - the only thing we wouldn’t recommend is vacationing here with small children (as we have at home) that want to swim in the ocean (but the pool area is great!) We came during COVID and it was awesome to get away and pretty quiet here. We always felt safe and the guards were super helpful. Sometimes when you rent you feel like “well the pictures were better...” the pictures accurately portray the beauty here! Thanks for sharing your place with us! We had an amazing time!

Paradise in San Jose del Cabo

Wonderful villa! Spectacular views. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. Gorgeous balcony. Full size gas grill. Great location. Grocery store nearby. Close to town and only 30 min from Cabo San Lucas. We rented a car, but could have Ubered everywhere. Condo is well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Smart TVs with Netflix in both bedrooms, Cable TV in living room. Plenty of beach towels. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Blender. This property is well maintained and is exactly as advertised. Owners were quick to respond to questions and checked in with us via text when we arrived. Local property manager checked on us to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great stay at Joe and Di's condo in March of 2019. The condo is exactly as described and the views and balcony are somehow even more impressive in person than they are in photos. The property is located on a quiet section of beach, which is just steps away. Joe and Di's suggestions of restaurants, things to do, rental car agencies, etc. were all spot on. There are lots of dining and shopping options in San Jose, which is extremely convenient to the property. The Thursday night Art Walk is a can't miss as well. We hope to return again asap!

Perfect

We loved our week at this condo. The layout of the condo is perfect. You can hear the crashing waves from both bedrooms. So soothing! The entire condo complex is beautiful and well maintained. We loved how quiet it was all day and night. The people we met, staff and other people staying here were so nice. We so enjoyed the art walk in San Jose on Thursday night. Definitely a must if you are staying here. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
