Thanks Melissa. It was a pleasure meeting you. This is a beautiful property. If you’re looking for privacy and solitude, this is the pick for you. We enjoyed quiet time by the pool. Taking a refreshing dip. Also seeing various wildlife while enjoying the quiet. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and will be back ourselves at some point.

We were looking for a quiet vacation spot to get some quality R&R and this property delivered! We enjoyed hiking each morning (walking distance to trails) and sitting by the pool each afternoon! It was a short car ride to any food/grocery we needed. Melissa was superb to work with! Highly recommend!

Melissa was very responsive and friendly. Villa De Paz was delightfully tranquil with an amazing pool, spa, and fire pit with a gorgeous view of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The location was close to everything we needed and we felt very safe. I can’t wait to visit again!

The property was amazing. The casita was cozy and had everything we needed to cook simple meals and even do a little laundry. The pool was the highlight of our stay and such a welcome break from the cold and rainy Pacific Northwest winter. The mountains were a lovely backdrop. Melissa was a wonderful host. She was responsive to questions and even checked in midway through our 10 day stay to see if we needed anything.Truly a 100 out of 10 stay. We hope to return next winter.

It is difficult to put into words just how special Melissa’s property is. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had escaped to our own private resort in the Arizona desert.The property is tranquil, romantic, incredibly private, and absolutely beautiful. The mountain views, pool, spa, firepit, and peaceful surroundings were everything we hoped for, but it was the attention to detail that really made the experience exceptional. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and cared for, with all the comforts of home while still feeling like a high-end getaway.Regina and I kept saying that it felt like we were on a second honeymoon. We felt completely taken care of, yet at the same time had the privacy and seclusion to simply disappear from the world for a few days and enjoy being together.Melissa has created something truly special here. The pictures are beautiful, but they honestly cannot capture the feeling of actually being there.And one small but important detail: the coffee hit just right every single morning while looking out at those mountains. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and genuinely sad to leave. We enjoyed our stay at the Casita in North Phoenix. It is a beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to a variety of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and place

Enjoyed my stay. Central location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to everything. Casita had plenty of space for me, was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t need anything once I arrived. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Oasis in Paradise

This was a lovely property, in a lovely neighborhood. The mountain views and desert landscaping were amazing. The casita was spotless and well-equipped. The host was great, and well organized with all matters concerning this rental. We would definitely stay again.

Couples Get-Away

The property was perfect for husband and I. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, it was just what we were looking for. Amazing casita and property

This property is beyond beautiful! Very secluded you can see and hear nature but yet within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores! Great areas for walking. I enjoyed the pool, sundeck and firepit. The pool furniture is top notch and the casita has everything needed. I Love this place and will stay again!

An absolutely beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful. Felt like we were at a resort. Melissa was very communicative and responsive. The airport, downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive away! Very easy to get to anywhere you need to go.
