This property was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly as described in the listing. Great overall set up. The rooms were all large and very clean. The 'big bedroom' was certainly that. Having a king and queen with enough room for sitting was super. The pool and outdoor area is great too. Nash was a Great host, great communication throughout. We would stay there again anytime.

Property was as advertised. It was very spacious for what we needed. Location was good. Our first VRBO rental so we have nothing with which to compare. Only two items needed attention. 1, Coming out of the front door, there is a step that is deceptive and is a trip hazard and could use a yellow caution stripe on the edges (wish I could include a picture). 2. The chairs by the grill were almost "seatless" and unusable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to everything - shopping, golf, and restaurants. The house is larger than the pictures suggest. Three of us stayed and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was superb. We had no issues with any of the appliances or equipment. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

I really enjoy Scottsdale and all that it has to offer, there are endless things to do here no matter what your interests are. Plus I really like warm weather.

I think what makes my place unique is the combination of a privacy you have while at the house but are blocks from Old Town and less than 15 minutes away from almost everything in The Valley.

The backyard really is an awesome place to hang out and relax in, hard to beat sitting on the patio by the pool in the evenings.
