“This was the most incredible place to stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were greeted by Barry and Julie from Italian Rentals, who welcomed us and showed us the villa’s attic, explaining how everything worked, from the TV to the stove.The property was well-equipped with everything we needed and furnished to a high standard. The patio was gorgeous, with a sofa set, a garden dining table, and a bistro set, so we ate al fresco the entire time we were there. There are also great places to eat in Menaggio. I would recommend renting a car or booking a taxi in advance, as Barry also recommended before our arrival.The property grounds are simply stunning, with a private pebble beach with direct access to the lake. It was very quiet even in August.I highly recommend Villa Gaeta and Italian Rentals, as their communication was excellent from start to finish.”
