Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome place to stay

Great location close to everything you need or want to see. The community is very welcoming and has wonderful grounds. The apartment was very well kept and clean.

Had a nice stay. The unit was spacious, comfortable. Property was easy to access and was close to all the amenities needed. Definitely would visit again.

Toilet in the one of the bathroom was not working, easy fix by the maintenance person, furnitures are old and falling apart in bathrooms, pull up couch in the living room doesn’t open completely flat, sleep was very uncomfortable. TV cable was not available for the most part of out weekend stay. So there was a lot of small issues that should be solved prior our arrival and make out stay even more pleasant, because we had a great time otherwise.

Great and comfortable stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Keep in mind you are only allowed one vehicle on the property per unit. Property amenities are similar to hotel amenities - poor quality coffee, no spices for cooking. Dis have washer and dryer in unit. Would stay here again.

Good location in Key West

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Key West. Duvall street was 18 mins away.The furniture and condo were very dated andcould use an upgrade. Overall it was clean, quietand we enjoyed the pool. It was a good value compared with other places.

Great location for a family with just a 5-10 min drive to the busier city area. Clean upon arrival, great communication and very kind staff.

Great place to stay

Loved that we were away from the historical part of key west. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that were detractors were the occasional airplane takeoffs and the noseeyums at the pool. But great value

Family trip

Clean 1st floor unit. Beds were comfortable. Unit needs updating (carpet, bathrooms, kitchen). Location is quiet and away from hustle but still close to everything.

Very Good location in dated property

Liked the location and staff were friendly but place needs updating. Looked better in photos. Also no laundry detergent or garbage bags when we arrived. Icenskwr didn’t work in fridge Pool and hot tub was nice.

Good value

We had a specific need for this trip. Traveling with foreign exchange students we needed to all be under the same roof and an affordably priced room for their budgets. If you choose this location you will want a vehicle of some type. There is a very well stocked local market very close to the Vacasa properties The condo itself is dated. It’s clean, yet has that weird smell from too much cleaning product used on the carpets. We have memory foam mattresses at home so it was strange to sleep on a box spring again that squeaks when you roll over. TVs are dated as in the pictures are not crisp. Thought it odd that the TV was placed in front of the mirror on the dresser. I suggest removing the mirror They do provide more than I expected. Soap in bathroom and kitchen. Dishwasher detergent provided. Coffee for the coffee maker. Ice maker worked great. Plenty of glassware and dishes. It was convenient to be able to dry our beach towels and swimsuits in the dryer All in all we would book this location again if we needed to have everyone in the same condo.

Clean room with lots off space

No complaints. Room was very clean and much more space then most places in Key West. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware and all appliances. Only a few minute drive to Smathers Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown (in a car, or 30 minutes in a golf cart).

Loud

We were woke up often by people partying outside until 4am nightly. They were revving their moped engines and shouting. The solution hanging on the refrigerator for loud guests was to call the police. I didn't feel like being a Karen and getting anyone in trouble so we just dealt with it. Just know there is a YOUNG college kid crowd that hangs out here.

A lovely spot!

The room was beautiful! While the outside view wasn’t spectacular, the proximity to shopping made up for it! The room was clean and spacious.
