The ocean view from the balcony is just as beautiful in person as the pictures, more so. The condo offers great access to the beach and piers, is quiet and feels very secure, and the location is so convenient to everything. Joseph is very prompt with all communication, kind, and relays pertinent information and local insight. A great vacation destination.

Our stay Springmaid Beach was amazing! The location is perfect, nestled close to the state park. The beach was not as busy in this area which was perfect for us. The condo wss well maintained and allowed us to bring our two dogs. Owner was responsive to communication and check in was easy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a pet friendly retreat!

Joseph was very helpful with all the information he provided upon our visit. The condo itself, was spectacular, clean, sophisticated with artwork, and fun. We have stayed at this resort for many years as our children were growing up. It brings back many wonderful memories and now we created more as empty nesters. We had such an amazing stay at this property! The location truly couldn’t be better—being just steps away from the beach made it so easy to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, and quick trips back and forth throughout the day. It really felt like a perfect coastal getaway far enough away from the major nightlife. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog-friendly everything was. Traveling with our pup can sometimes be stressful, but this place made it effortless. There was plenty of space, and being so close to the beach meant our dog had just as much fun as we did!The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what you hope for when booking through Vrbo.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a beachside escape that welcomes your furry friends, this is definitely the place to book. We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean rental, easy to access

We had parking available close to the stairs that led to the door, the unit was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities to prepare and serve meals. The pool was clean and not very crowded while we were there. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Family and I had a wonderful time at this beach condo which had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with an awesome view of the beach or walking to the beach about a minute or two away to feel the sand and water under your feet. It was very nice going for a run or walking our dog along the beach. Also, there are plenty activities to do in Myrtle Beach or other nearby towns. Everything went very smoothly and Joseph the property owner was great and very responsive throughout our communications. We would definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

A great find on Myrtle Beach! The beach location was perfect, not too crowded, plenty of sand even at high tide. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean. Communication with owner was easy. They provided all the needed details to make our stay easy prior to arrival. We would definitely stay again!

Beach park condo was very easy to find and to access the beach. Only a block away with great views of the ocean. Close proximity to everything in Myrtle beach. It was worth it.

Great place - right on the beach, close to restaurants, very nice layout and VERY clean. Great place for a family vacation, and awesome that we were able to bring our dog!!! Would definitely stay again!

beach stay

had a great week at spring maid beach ...until the nasty hurricane came ..left a day early just to be safe, but the condo was really nice and Joe is easy to get along with if you have any questions or concerns!great view from the balcony will be back!!
