Wonderful 1938 historic home gutted and fully restored and renovated. Super clean, right on Main St, walking distance to Charming Historic Old Town Cottonwood - wine tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping, festivals. FIVE total bedrooms if renting the entire house - 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a kitchenette, laundry room and TONS of outdoor entertaining space tons of off street parking all on a 1/2 acre property in Old Town

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Maximum overnight guests: 128+ adults you must add King suite at +$150 a night
Minimum age to rent: 25
If your reservation has more than 8 adults you MUST add the King studio to your reservation at an additional $150 a night no additional taxes or fees
No overnight guests allowed that are not part of the original reservation and NO parties or events allowed on property. No more than 12 guests total
NO fireworks including sparklers NO smoking of any kind inside or near the doors - $500 fee assessed if evidence of smoking took place in the home

All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
