This area is open with a gorgeous, curved leather sofa, flat-screen TV, chess table, and a dining table to seat 6.

Off the living room is a fun game room, tranquil dry sauna, and a luxurious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, shower and steam shower. There is an additional queen en-suite guest room off the game room with patio doors leading to the courtyard.

Back in the living area, steps lead up to a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a tiled center island, and a second dining table with seating for 8, and sweeping views of the Verde Valley.
