Carefully appointed on the North end of the Newport Beach Peninsula, this stunning 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home provides views of both the ocean and Harbor and also the serenity of a green grass park from the common living area. High-end comfort-focused accommodations including Air Conditioning and Heat, Wifi, Westin Heavenly Beds, White Oak Floors, Bertazzoni appliances throughout the kitchen, a free-standing oversized bathtub, a world-class rooftop deck equipped with a 75” TV, fire feature, BBQ and all the accessories you’ll need to enjoy the beauty of the West Coast. FEATURES OF THE HOUSE
- Beach, Bay & Park access. The house is just a short 600 ft from the beach, and only 200 ft from the bay. Enjoy rooftop and patio views of both the ocean and the bay. Directly across the street from the house is the beautiful Channel Park. It has a large grass area, basketball court, kid-friendly playground and easy sand beach access for Paddle Boarding in the bay.

- Professional Design & Decor. The home was recently built in 2017 by architect Eric Aust and it's currently furnished by a professional Interior Designer for a high-end touch.

***JUST ADDED*** Automatic Blinds on 2nd floor and Primary Suite, creating a luxury touch for privacy.

- Sleeps 7 People. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One King room, one Queen room, and one room with a Queen and Twin bunk bed.

- 3 Parking Spaces. Designated parking in Newport Beach is so rare. The spacious 2-car garage can fit a full sized SUV and a 3rd vehicle in the driveway.

- Rooftop with Fire Pit, TV, & BBQ. The rooftop deck has stunning views of both the ocean as well as the bay. Entertain your friends or family around the 75 in TV while BBQing or cozying up around the fire-pit. Do not miss the sunset!! Pour a glass of wine and watch the sky light up.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen. The sleek kitchen is complete with quartz counter tops, a large island, European style cabinetry, and stainless Bertazzoni 5-burner range and refrigerator. Here you will also find fully stocked cabinets with dishes and glassware for 8 as well as wine glasses (and other beverage glasses), a coffee maker, a toaster, blender, pots and pans and much more.

- Air Conditioning & Heat. Air conditioning in Newport is such a rare find and this house has it!! There is also heat for those winter days that may get a touch too cold.

- Bikes & Beach Accessories. The garage is equipped with beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a cooler for your snacks, and a wagon for transporting it all. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the dip in the ocean.

- Food & Shops In Walking Distance. A favorite attribute of the house is the location to everything, including some of the best food and shops in walking distance. There's no need for a car when everything you need is in perfect proximity to the house. Upon arrival, we provide a list with all of our recommendations.

- 25 Minutes from Disneyland. Take your vacation to the next level with a day trip to Disneyland. You can get to the Mouse House within 25 minutes, as long as traffic cooperates, and we know it’ll make your trip a little more magical.

CLEANING
For stays 10+ Days: we require an additional cleaning mid-stay (included in the fees) to enhance your experience and maintain a sanitary environment. During this cleaning, your linens and towels will be refreshed, and toilet paper, detergents and soaps will be refilled. For stays 14+ days, weekly cleanings are required and additional cleaning fees will be added to the stay.

PETS
Select furry friends are welcome. But all pets must be pre-approved on a case by case basis. Additional fees ($150/per pet, per week) & rules apply.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
As per the agreement there are NO parties/gatherings/events! Only registered guests in the home which is not to exceed our house designated max. No audible sounds from 10pm-10am. This means no music or loud talking outdoors. To respect neighbors, please close windows/doors during these times.

Our property has security cameras for the safety, protection and experience of our guests and property. Cameras are located at doorbell, driveway, park side exterior and garage interior.

We had a great time at this home. It was just as described in the listing. Great location, parking was an extra plus and the home is well furnished with everything you could need. The host was excellent and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location; a nice park across the street for kids and dogs, beach is a short walk away, and a strip mall with plenty of restaurant options.

Brian’s family and his team were so amazing helped with questions. Beautiful location, beautiful scenery. The pictures do not do it justice… very good place to get away for a few days relaxing environment rooftop is amazing. The views are beautiful. The whole house is spectacular. Will come back and stay again.

Amazing property and location and perfect hosts

Home was perfect as well as the location. Our entire family loved staying here for the 4th. Home was clean and perfectly set up for our family. We loved the roof top and the garage was stocked with everything you need for your trip. We used the bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful home and the hosts were attentive and excellent communicators.

Amazing house

I went for a birthday weekend with friend and family. My 87 YO grandma loved reading her book in front of the sliding glass door and watching the park. The house had everything, even extra propane for when we used the bbq. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing stay!

Great views! Love the modern layout of the house and all over decoration. The rooftop and view up there was spectacular! My kids are 10 and 14 and they enjoyed it just as much as we did. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be staying there again!!

This place is awsome

Great communications, easy access, well stocked, and awesome location. Nice park right outside. Beach a few blocks away. Kitchen has everything you need. Living room and bedrooms are very comfortable. And the top deck is spacious, and with incredible views. Looking forward to my next visit!

great location

Very cute, clean and hosts were amazing. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. Location was great . Two blocks to beach and across from park. Off a busy street so you can hear cars. Everything you need is provided. We will definitely go back.

Perfect paradise!

Our family of five absolutely loved our stay at Newport Point! The location was perfect!, between the ocean and the bay. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. And it was away from most of the tourists /commotion of the pier but still a short bike trip or walk to enjoy. The decor of the house was absolutely beautiful and we loved watching all the activities at the park from the house. We would definitely stay here again and again! The hosts were super communicative and checked in to make sure we were doing great! Can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay!

Wonderful way to bring in the New Year!

Absolutely beautiful home, location is great if you want to be away from the busy part of Newport Beach. The park across the street was very convenient for our dog. Charging outlet was ready to use for my car (Don’t forget to bring your charging cable!) We look forward to coming back again soon. Communication with Property Manager was excellent. I hate to say this because it’ll be harder to book in the future, but seriously don’t look any further and book this property!

Gorgeous Property

Newport Point was absolutely stellar from the location to the decor, even the beds were amazing! We stayed there for a quick Spring Break trip with our three teens and really enjoyed it. Every detail has been thought of. The property truly has everything you need for a resort-like experience. The garage was stocked with nice bikes, beach chairs, fresh beach towels, perfectly pumped basketballs, paddle boards, and I even spotted a child bike seat for the bikes. It was truly exceptional and I am trying to figure out how I can stay for an entire month :) Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Holiday Getaway!

We stayed over the Christmas / New Years Holiday. We had an awesome experience! Beautiful home. Great location. The hosts provide everything you could need. We used bikes, beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, stemware, plastic storage bags, etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved the multi-story unit. Our favorite part was the roof top seating area. A bonus is the park across the street. Great for walking dogs and people watching.

Beautiful Retreat for our family

We loved the house. Great location with easy access to all Orange County has to offer. It is exactly as described online and through pictures . As a designer, the design details in this home are so beautiful. There was great attention to detail when this rental was put together. From the baskets of blankets, bikes and beach supplies to the comfortable beds making the house feel like getting away to a retreat . Hosts are kind and attentive. It was a wonderful experience and we will love making this home a regular part of our family memories.

Beautiful House, Incredible Location, Great Communication

The house is spacious, well appointed with a beachy feel, and loaded with everything you'll need for your stay. Highlights include an open floor plan, full laundry, and private parking. Conveniently located adjacent to a local park and 1.5 blocks from the beach, the location can't be beat. Still, we had as much fun enjoying the private outdoor area which was perfect for enjoying coffee, grilling, and watching the sunset. Brian (owner) and Madison (property manager) were proactive in their communication and thoughtful in their approach to ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Newport Beach Family Trip

The house, location and stellar experience from Lisa, Brian and the Newport Point Team was actually the best VRBO experience we have had to date. Communication from the team was pro-active and helpful before we even landed in CA ensuring we were familiar with the property and its benefits before arrival including great restuarant locations when we got in town. The location of the house was perfect - quick walk or bike ride to the beach and right in front of a little park where we could play soccer with the kids until sunset until we moved to the rooftop for a fire pit and a cool ocean breeze. The house was clean with all the right appliances and amenities. Very thankful for a great all around experience and fun memories with the family! ❤️

Exceptional!

It’s rare to find a vacation rental that truly exceeds your expectations. This one does and more. First off, the house itself is amazing. The architecture, design, finishes, etc. are all well executed and top quality. But what truly sets it apart is genuine hospitality demonstrated by Brian, Promise, and Madison. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness shines throughout. Everything from the amenities (beach chairs, paddles boards, bikes, etc.), to the quality of the FF&E and OS&E, to the little touches throughout. They deliver a five star luxury experience.

The perfect setup

We loved everything about Newport Point. From the bedroom layouts, location and proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, and attention to detail- nothing was overlooked. The home was incredibly well stocked, high quality appliances and finishing touches like electric blinds made easy to understand by the video which accompanied check in. The owners communicated with us very quickly when we did have any concerns and they were rapidly addressed (came out on a Sunday to correct an electrical connection problem) The entire rental process was seamless. We’ve rented many homes over the years and this place was what we’ve always hoped for in a rental. Thank you!

BOOK THIS HOUSE!

This isn't just a house. It's a retreat. In our month long stay, Channel Place fed our spirits and became a friend. The hosts are superb! They genuinely care about you and your experience. And they added a thousand little design details that don't come through in the pictures, but make each room special and luxe. There are too many to mention, but one important standout is the bedding. We got INCREDIBLE sleep - thanks to the beds, bedding, which we loved so much, we're duplicating it in our own home. Without question, this is a great house - and it's in an incredible location. A block from the ocean - steps to the bay - and a park right there for your kids or dog - which is a plus because you'll struggle to find grass elsewhere. Simply put, you''ve found the right house. If it's available, book it with excitement and without fear. It's worth every penny - and so are you.

Another Fantastic Stay at Newport Pont!

This is our second summer staying at Newport Point and we already have plans to return next year. What we love about it is the layout, location, decor, amenities, and wonderful hosts. The layout works so well for us with the two bedrooms on the first floor and the primary bedroom on the second floor. The house lives larger than the square footage implies, with a large roof deck that acts as a secondary great room. The house is also perfectly orientated to take advantage of the views of the park and provide a sense of privacy not often found in Newport Beach. The location is perfect as you're away from the craziness down by the piers but still close enough to walk or ride one of the bikes provided. The other benefit is that you can get to a lot of the local amenities easily, 17th street in Costa Mesa with its shops and restaurants within 7 minutes, Fashion Island within 10-15 minutes, and John Wayne Airport within 15 minutes. The decor and amenities are 5-star. It's beautifully decorated and outfitted. This is a vacation rental, not someone's primary house that they rent out in the summer. Everything is geared toward a luxury experience and is on par with some of the best luxury hotels. It's fully equipped and includes beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, two paddle boards, four beach cruisers, basketballs, etc. Everything you need is there, just bring your clothes. Finally, the hosts, Brian, Promise, and Madison make the overall experience easy from booking to check-in, to departure. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and are always super responsive. They've also taken the extra step of labeling everything, providing how-to videos, and sharing their favorite restaurants and coffee shops. They really embrace the spirit of hospitality. Truly a special place!

We walked into this house, when it was for sale, and we saw our future of memories on memories being made in this space and in this area. We looked at quite a few properties on the coast, including Balboa Island, further south on the Peninsula, etc.

This property stood out to us because of the proximity to all of the awesome restaurants near downtown, the walkable grocery store, the mellow nature of the beach, a little quieter beach vibe because the boardwalk is south of us a few blocks, ease of access IN/OUT of Newport Beach (especially in peak season), etc.

Ultimately, the fact that it was built in 2017 is an anomaly find on the coast and 3 dedicated parking spots is a goldmine too. Most of the homes are much older and in need of a lot of fixing up and lacking parking provisions. This place has modern finishes and we put our 'warm beach touch' on it as we settled it in to get ready for YOU to stay in. It's truly a little dream come true for us.

We've had the chance to be in the space a good bit while we were getting it ready to rent and it's EVERYTHING we were imagining and more. You're going to absolutely love it too.

When we're not on the beach, paddle-boarding in the harbor, or riding bikes around Newport; we spend a lot of time up on our rooftop deck just relaxing/BBQ'ing/enjoying!
