BEAUTIFUL BEACH COTTAGE PERFECT YEAR ROUND FOR YOUR BEACH GET AWAY

Beautifully updated, this spacious 4 bedroom , 3 bath cottage is located just off Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, nestled in Guest Cottages and just a short walk to the beach.This is a great family vacation spot and a great location for golfers. Our cottage is within100 yards of the oceanfront AND THE FAMOUS OCEAN ANNIES BEACH BAR, just south of the Apache Pier. Short walk to market, short drive to major shopping, entertainment and fabulous nightlife. Single unit dwelling with covered parking for 4 vehicles, gas grill, outside shower for rinsing feet, beach chairs etc. and 2 swings. The updated living area and kitchen includes ALL new appliances and a 58" Smart TV with soundbar and sub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all remodeled in 2021. There are TV's in all bedrooms. Bedrooms include one king, two queens, and a bunk room with a double on the bottom, twin on top and an extra twin. There is also a pack n play available for little ones. We are within minutes of three full size outdoor pools.

Located within minutes of all major shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and many golf courses. A great vacation home! Must be minimum 25 years of age. No pets- no exceptions, No smoking, No house parties. No motorcycles.
Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday only. After Labor Day, there is a 3 night minimum.
Wifi is included.

Walk out the door and in minutes, you will be on the soft white sand of one of the most beautiful wide clean beaches on the Grand Strand. Directly across the street is the famous Ocean Annie's, an outdoor oceanfront beach bar, and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or jogging.

The Guest Cottage neighborhood is located on the popular Shore Drive. You are away from the madness of downtown Myrtle, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town, they're just a short distance away.

The famous 'Restaurant Row' is located just a mile away, along with the Tanger Outlets right around the corner! Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. For great shopping, Marshalls, Ross, Kirkland's, Walmart and many more stores are five minutes away, Kroger is a three-minute drive.
If you need extra room for friends or family, please check out our 2 bedroom, 2 bath Guest Cottage #75G on Jesters Court just adjacent to 83G. The VRBO # for that is cottage is 3676739.

Fantastic Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised and nicely updated. Cindy was very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. Couldn't ask for a better location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. We love Shore Drive and have been coming to this area since I was a kid. There's no better place to stay in Myrtle! Could not recommend this house more, you'll love it!

Everything was very well stocked throughout the home, and the home was exactly as described! The area is very quiet and yet an easy and short walk down to the beach. Perfect location and size for our family

2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) rented this property and it's in the perfect location. Everyone had plenty of space and the adults had their own bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and everything was in good order. The outdoor shower and bar gives the place the perfect beach house feel. You can cross the street to get to the beach and walk for food/drinks. We were in town for an event at the convention center. It was pretty much a straight shot to drive there. Also, this property is in North Myrtle Beach so it's much quieter and much less traffic than the more tourist area and still close enough to attractions that getting around was very easy. The location can't be beat and the communication from the owner was fantastic. We will be looking here again the next time we're in Myrtle Beach.

This four bedroom cottage was super! The entire inside had been remodeled and it had everything you would want to have a great week at the beach. Each room had a tv, the kitchen was well stock with equipment, and it is located on a dead end in street. We would rent again!

Great multi family getaway

We had a wonderful time at the beach at this perfect beach house. I was worried about the walk to the beach with small children but it was less than 5 minutes and not a problem at all. The house was perfect, it has a great layout to sleep multiple families comfortably. Communication with Cindy was very fast and helpful, especially during all this COVID-19 difficulty. We would definitely stay here again. They had a nice pack and play, beach umbrellas, chairs, and a beach buggy for transporting it all. We really didn't need to being much other than food. It was great. Thanks Cindy.

We enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our week at Cindy and Micah's beach cottage. The rooms are nicely decorated with a beach theme. We found the kitchen had all the kitchen utensils, etc. that we needed. Cindy was a great person to communicate with about the cottage. It was a short walk to the beach. We had a great stay!
