Our beach home boasts five spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths (bath count does not include a private exterior shower with hot and cold water). With ample room for guests Beached Wells is the perfect rental for anything from a beach vacation with your extended family to an action packed golf getaway. Contemporary comfort meets classic coastal elegance in our stunning oceanside home! Luxurious ceramic tile floors throughout all four stories becomes the perfect blend with nautical deco and the feel of the Southern Coast! We are super excited about the BRAND NEW addition to our property!!! We just added a GORGEOUS, PRIVATE 16’ x 44’ gunite, in ground, saltwater swimming pool with a large walk in tanning ledge. The pool and fencing was just recently completed in the Spring of 2022!

From the moment you arrive, Beached Wells is designed to make you feel as comfortable if not more comfortable than you do in your own home. The elevator allows for easy access to our multi-level home making it an ideal choice for groups traveling with elderly or special needs family members or friends. The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom was designed for handicapped accessibilities. It was designed with wider entry doors, a shower that you can roll right up to, a seat inside the shower, pull up bar , and detachable shower head for easy showering! The sleek full size kitchen comes complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a convenient kitchen island, and spacious custom cabinetry. Not to mention every kitchen accessory you could ever possibly need! From the spacious Master Bedrooms, guest can enjoy staring out at the endless views of the Atlantic. Each of our bedrooms offer direct access to a balcony. Each balcony is comfortably finished and offer the perfect setting for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. One of the best features of our home is it's central location. Nestled in the heart of the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, guests fortunate enough to stay in our dazzling home will only be a few minutes away from many of the Grand Strand's many attractions. Wine, dine , and shopping until your heart is content at the beloved Barefoot Landing. Hit the links at any of Grand Strand's championship golf courses. This is the 2nd year we stayed here and in both cases my family enjoyed the stay. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. The house is clean and I would recommend this to anyone who has a large group

Absolutely amazing location and stay. The pool is the perfect, the house set up is amazing. We stayed for our annual family vacation, totaling 10 people ageing from 5 to 72. There was something to do for everyone and enough space to spread out when needed. Very close to everything. The beach was less than a 3 minute walk which made everything perfect.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Kids LOVED the pool. It was nice to be able to watch them from the covered deck. Elevator was nice while loading/unloading. Property owner very responsive.

A fantastic beach home!

This beach house was perfect for our small family wedding! There was plenty of living and outdoor space for all to enjoy. The elevator was perfect for the guests who needed it and helped bring up luggage. Kristen was a great host and extremely helpful and very responsive. Thank you for having a fantastic home in which we made memories!

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our large family vacation. It was close to the beach (5 min walk), had the best pool (recently new), and fit us all comfortably (5 rooms). The kids had a blast in the cute bunk bed room on the top floor and in the pool. There is a balcony/deck off of each bedroom and an elevator to make bringing luggage up quick and easy. Kristen was amazing and very responsive. We loved it so much we will be booking again next year!

Great Property

Stayed for a week and would go back here without a doubt. This house is in a great location as its a few steps to the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to Barefoot Landing, awesome pool and overall big enough where everyone can spread out. Check-in was easy, everything stated in the ad was correct, property was clean and well maintained. Family and I had a great time and when an outside issue arose the owner Kristen was awesome in helping us out. She was also super communicative in checking on us throughout the stay. 100% recommend this place!

Christmas at the Beachouse

Beautiful location I would definitely reserve again.Only thing I fill the house needed was a hot tub that would have been a great addition for winter rentals.But this house has everything else needed and the elevator was a plus. Especially for the older members of the family.

Stayed here with 3 families for a cal Ripken baseball tournament. Could not have been better. The pool and deck were huge. The house was gorgeous and clean and the one block walk to the beach was so convenient. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to fix an issue with small issue with the dryer. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect getaway

We were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament with another family. We actually wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful house. The beach was walking distance. There were lots of restaurants within miles, food stores, and mini golf. We loved the huge refreshing pool. It was a perfect addition to this house. We definitely hope to stay again just without a baseball tournament so we can take full advantage of this wonderful house. The owner Kristin was amazing to work with and was available for any concerns or questions.

Beautiful place, even better in person, easy to find location perfect, easy to access, one of the best places I ever stayed. One of the great features of the house is the speakers in the ceiling made it even perfect! I had an amazing time vibing to the music throughout my stay! The balcony off of the dinner/livingroom space was one of my favorite spots .The property owner was amazing, she answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. I would consider renting again. If you're looking for a nice place to rent This is what you want!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Best Beach House On The Block

Beautiful House, everything we had hoped for. Location location location!!!!! The house was well stocked with everything you might need, very clean and well taken care of. The only suggestion i would have is a bathroom closer to the pool area so that you dont have to track inside with little ones or for my handicap family memeber who was able to enjoy the amazing pool like the rest of us. The pools sundeck allowed handicap access where a normal pool would not have worked. Kristen was very helpful and quick reponse time. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful property in an amazing location, situated in close walking distance to the beach and to great shopping, The pool and the back deck overlooking the pool were both great gathering spaces. We had a wonderful week staying here mixing in time to relax at the beach and pool with a softball tournament. Perfect space for our 3 softball families to unwind and enjoy each other's company.

The house is even better in person than the pictures show. It is very well-maintained, spacious, and well-equipped. It was perfect for the 10 of us to live in for the week. The pool is large and beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool as well as relaxing on the couches on the deck overlooking the pool. The location is great. It is about a block and a half straight shot walk to the beach access. There are many shops and restaurants and activities within a 5-minute drive. Kristen, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. Linens and towels are provided, but there were not enough towels for all of us when we arrived. Within minutes, someone from her team was there to provide what we needed. We wanted restaurant recommendations, so I texted Kristen. We went to 2 restaurants that she suggested and they were both fantastic. Kristen was quick to respond when I texted her, every time. I highly recommend this beach house!

What a great house to go away with large extended family. A super short walk to the beach and a fantastic large pool. The pool was so nice we spent more time there then the beach !!! The owner answered almost immediately with any questions we had. You won’t be disappointed staying here

Felt like home

Home is beautiful and we all felt right at home. Perfect home for multiple families. It was SO clean. The pool is *chefs kiss* it was beautifully done. Wired to be able to play music throughout the home was an Added bonus. Kristen was an awesome host. She was on top of everything. Little minor things that came up, she told me about them before they were even a thing and took care of it promptly. She was very responsive even before our actual reservation. Would definitely recommend. Just don’t book the week I want to go back 🤣

Great Beach Home

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach home. It is beautiful and so well taken care of. It is very close to beach access which made for an easy walk with all the beach gear. The pool was big and and the water was perfect. The owner was great to work with and very responsive!
