LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM SOUTH MAUI'S white sand beaches, including Kamaole I, II (directly across from our condo complex), and III, Charley Young Beach, Keawakapu Beach (with its long and continuous stretch of beautiful white sand beach, and lots of sea turtles and whales (during whale season).

Close to great golf courses.

Close drive to Wailea Shops and beaches, with its sandy stretch of beach and water sports.

Close drive to Wailea Beach path for walking, running, and enjoying the beautiful morning sunrise or evening sunsets.

Our condo is located at the Makai (towards the ocean) end of the C building. It is a short 3 minute walk out our door until you sink your toes in the soft sand at the BEACH🏝

Kihei Akahi is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, two POOL areas with gas grills and a tennis/pickle ball court, and elevators. Gas appliances in our fully equipped KITCHEN, air conditioning (in living room area), beautiful quiet fans in bedroom and living room in our condo, in addition to louvered windows in the family room to feel the tropical breezes.

Restaurants, grocery, apparel, and numerous snorkel, bike, and beach rentals stores within walking distance.

This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.

The location was awesome. We were walking distance to a few beautiful beaches where we could swim and watch the sunset. There were also ample coffee shops/restaurants walking distance. Besides the outstanding location, the room was very clean and comfortable :) It had all of the amenities we were looking for - AC, comfortable bed, parking spot, washer/dryer, balcony. Definitely would stay here again!

A special Place with an ideal location

This condo was clean & attractive, with an ideal floor plan. It had everything one needs in a home away from home. Great Location and good amenities

The place has a cooler, icepacks, beach towels, shower towels, beach chairs, and everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. Close to all the good snorkel beaches, stores just down the street, and good bars to drink the night away. Would love to stay again on my next Maui trip.

We started coming to Maui, Kihei in particular, over 30 years ago. There is no place like it. We hope to share our second home with people who will also come to love this island and to love our home over the years.

Why they chose this property

Well, close to great beaches on the sunny side of Maui. Kihei is a real beach town, a place where couples and families feel at home. Wailea is close by if you want some high end pampering. The beaches are amazing and beautiful in Kihei. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful in Kihei. We also love the proximity to great golf courses.

What makes this property unique

We purchased this condo to use as our second home. That being said, each time we come to the condo we improve it and maintain it like our own home. We have an on island emergency contact who will be your contact from check-in to check-out, as a primary contact to assist you if you have a problem while at our condo. We have a highly rated cleaning company who meets our expectations, which are high. You will see when you arrive the care we have taken to make it a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your vacation in Maui.
