Unit 108- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds which are firm mattresses without mattress pillow tops and a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed that is locked and is not available for guest usage. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condominium has tile flooring throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

A little bit of heaven!

This condo is in the perfect spot! This stretch of beach on Siesta Key is on a relatively private, incredibly soft white sand beach that allows for long walks or relaxing on the beach as you watch the sunsets. There are great restaurants nearby but it is also not far from downtown Sarasota or near St. Armands Circle. And the condo was just as advertised. It has fantastic views and was comfortable and neat. While we didn't use them, the pool and tennis courts looked inviting. Highly recommended.

Thanksgiving Trip

Found this unit after another unit at another property canceled. This unit is beautiful. Cant beat the views and it was clean with easy check inprocess!

Palm Bay Club is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 15th time staying at the Palm Bay Club (12th straight time) over the past 35 years. We have stayed at other properties on Siesta Key over the years and most were fine, but the Palm Bay Club is always the place we liked the best and always come back too. We plan on staying here from now on. ALL staff personnel are always very nice, cordial, respectful and helpful with any and everything.

Lovely Vacation

This condo was the perfect stay for my mom and I’s quick trip to Siesta Key. Location was great, especially with the trolley stop just a few feet away. The beach was gorgeous and we loved not having to bring our own towels and chairs. The space could feel tight if it were 4 adults, but just right for 2 adults or a family with kids. Can’t wait to go back!

The tower

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are a beach lover, this is the location for you. Right on the beach, beautiful view and beach access. Bit of a walk to the pool and street. Main road is where you need go to catch trolley or ride into town. No walkable food or drink places nearby. We did not know this ahead. When “resort” is in description we assumed at least one bar or eatery. Condo is bare minimum so stop for groceries/supplies on way in. Could use a new coffee pot. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location

We especially enjoyed walking out almost directly onto the beach! The view was spectacular from the condo. Nicely furnished too. Would stay there again.

Spectacular Stay

Had breathtaking views, comfy beds, the condo was very clean. Loved sliding over the screen on the window to listen to the ocean waves. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

Beautiful partial views of the gulf. W enjoyed going down to the beach(only steps from building). The place was very clean. We did have to purchase our own paper towels, salt and pepper, etc. I was surprised just one roll wasn’t included. We’ve stayed at many siesta key condos and it seemed like a lot of the basic necessities they had more of in the past. No beach toys included which most beach condos I think include but we purchased some from Publix and left behind in storage room so maybe the next renters if they have children can use 😄 beds were very firm which we knew going in based on other reviews but my kids didn’t notice. Overall the location, the check in process, cleanliness of the place was all top notch! We loved the bayside pool watching all of the boats go by and the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

A View of Heaven

What a view and very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. Extremely roomy. The big plant in front of the glass wall should be removed as very dusty and too large for the space; also no broom available to sweep any sand. Those are the only two negatives...Everything was so enjoyable.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay at this towers condo at Palm Bay. The view was amazing. It was very clean and quiet. This condo is the perfect size for a couple. The grounds were pretty and we loved the bayside pool. We didn’t use the laundry or fitness room. The beach was awesome with very soft, fine sand. This is very minor but I would request a cooler for guest use because that is something guests can’t bring if they are flying in. Otherwise we had the essentials we needed. We would stay here again.

Amazing view

Walking down the street from the pool to the beach is a really neat view. The tower front and south side have amazing views! We were on the 10th floor and you can’t beat the view! I do miss the balcony to be able to sit outside while drinking my morning coffee or just sit and listen to the ocean. Our rentals south windows opened, but it’s not the same. The beach chair staff and security are very friendly. We will definitely return. I’m not sure we’ll stay in this room again bec there was a lack of space in the kitchen for your food and pantry items. The coffee table top was missing, there were a few black hairs on the sheets when I pulled the comforter off. The shower is very nice with a rainfall shower head. We had an amazing time and were really only inside to eat and sleep.
