Unit 108- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds which are firm mattresses without mattress pillow tops and a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed that is locked and is not available for guest usage. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condominium has tile flooring throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
