Bright & Beachy - Étapes vers l'eau!

LĂ©ger, lumineux, beachy et accueillant! Une tranche de la vieille Floride Ă  quelques pas de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e. NichĂ© derriĂšre les dunes se trouve ce joyau cachĂ© et ce coin de paradis. 2e unitĂ© Fl avec tout le confort de la maison, et rĂ©cemment mise Ă  jour avec de nouvelles peintures, meubles, revĂȘtements de sol et ventilateurs de plafond. Passez vos journĂ©es sur la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis ou explorez tout ce qu'il y a Ă  faire Ă  Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido key et Longboat Key.

Des chaises de plage sont fournies pour nos clients Ă  la plage - Parasols, serviettes de plage et glaciĂšre Ă  parois souples sont dans l'unitĂ©. La communautĂ© a une piscine, un jeu de palets et une laverie (situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e). Internet haut dĂ©bit, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et tĂ©lĂ©viseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres. Les rĂ©veils dans les deux chambres ont 2 prises USB pour charger vos appareils. Il y a un gril Ă  charbon situĂ© Ă  l'avant de l'Ă©difice, ainsi qu'un espace table / parapluie commun pour se dĂ©tendre. Cuisine complĂšte comprenant un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes pour les nuits oĂč vous souhaitez rester, Keurig, ainsi que des cafetiĂšres (byo Kcups), et des draps et des serviettes de bain seront fournis Ă  nos clients.

Il y a 2 chambres, la premiÚre avec un lit king, et la seconde avec un lit queen et un lit simple. La salle familiale a un canapé-lit queen-size.

Il y a un parking devant l'unité, mais vous pouvez contourner la clé en utilisant le systÚme de chariot gratuit qui fonctionne à partir de 9h00. m jusqu'à 10 h 00 p. m toutes les 15 minutes. Il existe également d'autres moyens de transport gratuits que vous pouvez contacter pour le ramassage (conseils appréciés). Et bien sûr, Uber est toujours une option. Notre unité est à environ 1,5 miles du village nord et à environ 1 mile du village sud. Emplacement trÚs central.

Such a great stay! Great location, nice place. Cozy, everything you could need and steps from private beach access. The best part? All beach equipment in the house! Wagon, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler, YES a cooler!! All included with the stay!!

Well stocked and clean condo just a minute walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels and a cooler. Great communication, clear instructions and comfy beds. A small negative would be that the pictures in the listing make the condo appear a bit more modern than it is in person, but it is still clean and well attended.

The location of the property and access to the private beach was excellent.Property owners provided all necessary details and were prompt in communication.Plenty of supplies were provided - paper towels, trash bags, beach supplies.

Perfect Beachy apartment

My mom and I stayed here for her 68th birthday and Mothers day from May 8th - May 25th.All the furniture was clean, new and good quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the decor was beachy, but not cheesy. I’m an artist myself and I loved the artwork in the living room. The short walk to the private beach was ideal for my mother who walks with a cane. We enjoyed the convenience of the bus / trolley stop being so close to the entrance of the property. What a great location! My only gripe would be the water pressure in the shower is really low adding extra time to our getting ready process, lol. All in all I would stay here again and I would recommend this apartment to a friend.Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo

The Bright and Beachy Condo was well decorated and had everything you needed for vacation. Having a beach wagon, cooler, 2 umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels were essential items that the owners provided. Also, the helpful hints book was a great resource that the was provided that we used quite often for transportation and other recommendations. Communication was excellent! Unfortunately, not by any fault of the owners this area was hit very hard by the hurricanes and will take time to recover. There is lots of construction and loud noise happening all around the immediate area and under the unit. Once you get to the beach the view is beautiful and the sand is perfect! I hope the township helps this beautiful area recover quickly. I hope to return to the area in a few years with my family to explore some more.

I visited for 3 weeks in late Feb early march 2025. The location was great, basically on the beach. The unit was perfect; clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you possibly need. Communication with the host was just right. Above and beyond my expectations.

Great location, comfortable for a family of 5

Our family of 5 (kids ages 3, 8, and 11) loved staying at this condo and can't wait to go back! The space was a perfect size for us to be comfortable, and the location was great for walking to the beach. The owners responded quickly and many amenities were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family of 4

Our visit (10th time to Siesta Key, but first at this location) was fantastic! Perfect location on Crescent Beach and just simply relaxing. The Condo (FINNS) is really nice! Everything from the couches to the beds were actually more comfortable than many high end hotels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family of 4. Finally, the “beachy” decor coupled with beautiful Christmas touches made for a perfect Holiday!

Finn’s is fabulous!

Finn’s was fabulous! Excellent Communication made for a smooth check-in. The condo was clean and cozy with comfy beds. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach supplies, and games. Finn’s is beautifully decorated with cheerful beach decor. There was a thoughtful binder of information and recommendations for transportation, activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fun in the sun

Walking in you get a sense of relaxation. It's decorations say beach house. Very clean inside, kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach was a short walk away. We had beautiful sunsets. Would definitely go back again.

David and I are empty-nesters who love South Florida and everything it has to offer for both living and vacationing. We feel very fortunate to have purchased this slice of paradise and have worked hard to make it homey, beachy and comfortable for all of our guests. We are very excited to share everything special about Siesta Key with each and every one of you.

We have lovingly named our unit "Finns", as it is both a nod to ocean and marine life, but also a remembrance of our beloved 3-legged Golden Retriever "Finnigan" whom we lost this past year.

When we are not working, David and I can be found spending time with family, boating or beaching. We live just 20 mins down the road and have 3 grown children and one beautiful mutt named Sasha. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

We purchased this property due to its proximity to the beach/water and because we saw its potential. Its a piece of old FL history and we wanted to give it new life. After working hard on updates (paint, flooring, furniture, etc) we feel like its the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach.

This property gives our guests direct private beach access (without having to cross busy streets), and without the high rental prices that other beach-front communities charge. Its located exactly in the middle of the key and has great access to both North Village, South Village and Turtle Beach.
