About this property

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 21" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at The Palm Bay Club. We have been coming to Siesta for many years and our first time staying at the property-my family really liked it. We did have a few issues with the unit, bugs that didn’t want to leave the kitchen, some outdated items in the kitchen and minimal extra dishes for use, especially no pot holders for use with the oven. A little dangerous. Maintenance came without hesitation, they were very helpful and did their best but the bug issue needs to be addressed.
