******Fully New Renovated Condo. New photos coming soon.****** This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. The condo has all new hurricane strength windows. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 55 inch flat screen Tv with streaming service and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed. bedroom equipped with 32" flat screen TVs with streaming service. The living room has a large 65" flat screen TV with Dtv service and leather furnishings.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 grab bars and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 grab bars. The lovely spacious open plan kitchen has Granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. This unit is equipped with a full size stackable washer and dryer. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated in the unit, which adds living space, and there is an outdoor area for you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

It was easy to book w periodic pmts taken out... unit 165 was Clean and well located near the pool and equidistant walk to either bay side hot tub or gulf side wide white beach... Convenient to Big Water Fish Market restaurant (best seafood at at low prices for the area)

Siesta key vacay!!!

We had a lovely time at Siesta Key. The property was nice but desperately needs some love and updates. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing issues, and many of the outlets needed to be replaced. The location is great and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our trip very much.

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we will be back! The location is unbeatable, property very well maintained with everything you could want! 2 pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, just steps to the amazing Siesta beach, great nearby restaurants/fun activities for the whole family! Highly recommend! FYI book EARLY (a year plus in advance) these units are popular!

Great place!

The pictures didn’t do it justice. We loved it so much we tried to book the same condo next year. It wa so nice that they had beach towels to use, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk out patio and comfortable beds and furniture. My only complaint was that I wished it had a washer and dryer, but there is laundry for pay close to our unit. I would highly recommend the Palm Bay Club and especially our unit.

Aside from the weather being on the cool side and only a few sunny days the accommodations were great. The unit was clean, the staff is friendly (especially security and maintenance), parking is convenient, the pool and tennis/pickleball courts are well maintained and the location makes it easy to get to wherever you want to go.

I don’t know where to begin with this. We showed up expecting to stay in this unit and it was not the unit we were given by Palmbay. We were put in a one bedroom one bath and VRBO was completely confusing in the process. We got multiple communications about this being our property up until the week of our stay. Then showed up and it was not available.

The room (165) was very spacious, the beds were pretty comfortable, the location was great! We loved having parking right outside of the room! Everything but the floors appeared clean. Our feet turned dark just from walking around. But we understand with grout and a tile floor that’s textured, that’ll happen.

The bedrooms were great, plenty of closet space, updated bathroom, cute little outdoor patio AND THE ADDED BONUS - parking right next to the apartment. LOVED this place -

Dust along with other things under the beds, AC filter full of dust as well as the metal plate covering it. TIle floors are never mopped and were dirty. Kitchen drawers don’t work correctly. Kitchen faucet was loose; oven draw broken and sticking out; not much stainless. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well keeping us cool with even temperature. We love Palm Bay Club but found the gate code thing a hassle to get into the pool area, etc. We realize it is for security, though.I hate to complain about the condo, but several of our family members staying there also felt like their condos were not clean. It just doesn’t feel sanitary.

Good location and good property

It’s a nice property with a good pool and good access to the beach. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the property. Very spacious unit with large rooms and lots of space to spread out. Living room furniture was very comfortable and remainder of funiginhs were fine. Not everything in the unit in great repair. Bathroom drains were both broken/loose, kitchen faucet also loose and didn’t work great. Grout in tile very stained. Guest bathroom not the cleanest. Thermostat locked at lowest setting of 70 degrees. I believe if you’re paying that much to rent a unit you should be able to keep it at whatever temperature you want. This wasn’t a big problem as it was somewhat compensated by good ceiling fans and floor fans but with the really high humidity and heat outside sleeping wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked. If you’re expecting a good “hospitality” experience you will maybe be disappointed. The listing said toiletries provided and they weren’t. Also neither paper towels or Kleenex were provided. No salt and pepper. Kitchen was however well stocked with all the things you’d need to prepare and serve food. Living room furniture was comfortable and all other furnishings were fine. It’s a fine place to stay if you know all the details going in, have those expectations and are prepared.

Palm Bay No Way

Reviewer Comments: After being a patron of this establishment for 10 years, this stay can only be described as a complete fail! My husband and I and our daughter and roommate split this vacation. She lives in her separate home and we live in ours. We arrived to be told that there was no guest or secondary parking passes. We spent an hour trying to find parking where one of us could leave our car overnight. There were none. We paid $44 to park until 2am next to Daiquiri Deck. The office never made alternate accommodations to assist with parking and they offered no assistance. We spent more time worrying about what to do with the other vehicle than enjoying our vacation. We ended up having to give our car to a family member leaving on Sunday from Sarasota to drive our car to their house so our daughter could drive 30 minutes out of her way to take us back to our car the day we checked out. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere!! You would think paying over $400 a night you’d get accommodations that were acceptable. If you rent rooms that sleep 6-8 people there should have been assistance for them with the parking. Absolute horrible experience!!

Loved being in between the beach and bay less than 5 minute walk either direction

Property was very clean, nice furniture. Was afraid we wouldn’t like being on ground floor with the view of the parking area but it actually worked out well going in and out especially with luggage, didn’t really bother us at all. We loved being so close to the beach and my son could walk to the bay side to fish off the pier. Only complaint was the front door lock we all constantly had problems locking and unlocking both from inside and outside. Got locked in twice and had to go out the sliding door and finally unlocked it from the outside. It seemed like the door would be out of alignment at times making it impossible to turn the lock without pushing or pulling hard on the door. Could be a weather/ heat issue maybe?

Amazing Place

This place was amazing!! Very clean!! It was a short and pleasurable walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants were in walking distance, and we made use of the trolley to go to the village. I would definitely stay here again!!
