This beautiful condo is overlooking the Gulf of America. Emerald Isle is located at the heart of Pensacola Beach. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, and other beach activities. This unit is located on the fourteenth floor with incredible views of the ocean. There are two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub and a fitness center. This unit is also handicapped accessible. Exceptionally clean with comfy beds.

Great condo. I have never seen a condo be so well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook and more. There was even a crockpot which was nice to use and let supper cook while I soaked up some sunshine. Very fast and professional response from the host as well and very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend renting from them

The room was clean and just like the picture online but the property had some issues. One elevator was draped with something on the walls, not sure why, one set of doors to go outside to the pool and beach were not working and another back entrance into the condo was boarded up. I had to call about pool pumps making a really loud noise, we were on the 14th floor and it drowned out the sound of the surf it was so loud…that problem was fixed by the time we left. Overall it’s hard to mess up a trip to Pensacola and the room was nice but older buildings need to be maintained better.

The condo was very clean and had great views of the beach. My rating was only 4 stars because one of the two elevators was out of service, which caused some extremely long wait times, especially with carts.

This special home has become a respite from the stresses of life. With its beautiful and comfortable decor to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, we bring our groceries and could honestly never leave during our entire vacation if we wanted. The amazing view and morning coffee listening to the waves and the proximity to the amenities and the beach make this one of our favorites spots ever. We were there during some building maintenance and the beach itself was undergoing massive dredging to restore the beach (done once every 10 yrs it seems) but it was fascinating to observe from above and we were so happy to be there regardless. Communication with Sharon and Tammy is kind, seamless and reliable as well!

We have stayed at Emerald Isle numerous times and this was nicest and cleanliest unit yet. Aside from all the confusion with the codes and only one elevator in service due to maintenance, we had a wonderful time.

Very clean, beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay! This place was very clean and absolutely beautiful! Loved the view of the gorgeous beach! We slept in the master bed, it was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!
