Beautiful 3BR 3.5BA home situated in the quiet neighborhood of Greenwood Forest, just a quick bike ride to the beach or Harbour Town! Large family room and kitchen with an additional Carolina room. *NEW* Splash Pool added in 2020.
Private community pool, tennis and playground for Greenwood Forest exclusively. Trolley service is available for the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great central location for all activities including beach, Harbour Town and the shops and restaurants of South Beach.

Beautiful large home - 9 minute bike ride to Harbor Bakery & beach. Great house for a family. The kitchen is huge and well set up to cook family meals. The small pool was perfect and was used by the college kids & small kids. It was a perfect! We loved our stay. Fabulous & quick communication with the property owner.

Family tradition

We’ve e been visiting HHI for 35 years now. Our daughter was 6 her first trip. We are now traveling with her, her husband and our granddaughter along with my sister, each year. This property is the most well appointed rental I’ve been fortunate to experience in Hilton Head. It was even nicer than the photos. Very central location and with tons of nice touches, like lovely children’s books and games. The beds were super comfortable. We hope to rent here again!!

We enjoyed Hilton Head. My daughter went on a trail ride at Lawton Stables, we enjoyed biking, the beach and took a sunset dolphin tour. On July 4th we watched fireworks from at Harbor Town and had dinner there one evening.

We visited HH for our nephew’s wedding and this was a perfect home for my family. It was spacious, clean and the back yard provided a quiet and private place to relax. This was our second stay at this beautiful home and we couldn’t be happier. Easy bike ride to the beach or community pool, and the plunge pool behind the house is terrific for the kids at the end of the day (or the adults). Great communication as always and we can’t wait to stay again.

The house was much bigger than expected. Plenty of room to sleep 8 comfortably and so much space to relax in the rest of the house. We were there for a weeding and it was no problem with everyone getting ready at the same time. Also very easy to get anywhere in Sea Pines and to the nearby towns.
