Beautiful Sea Pines Home with Private Pool and 4 Bikes! Booking Fall of 2026!

Come enjoy this home which is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach! This home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that you can sit on the front porch and watch your kids ride their bikes around the picturesque oak tree in the middle of the cul-de-sac. New carpet in bedrooms 12/24.
This home has everything you can need - bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, pool towels, house towels and anything you need in kitchen.

This home sleeps 8 people comfortably! It contains 1 king bed (master), 1 King bed (2nd bedroom- King), and 2 full beds in the kids bedroom. The property allows you to bring your children's friends, the in-laws, and rent with a second family.
This home was new to the rental market in 2015 and has been constantly updated to provide maximum comfort for guest. Owner manages the property, the linens, towels, and cleaning products such as vacuum cleaner never leave this property (my linens and towels are not shared with any other rental unit). This property is cleaned by the owner and 1 cleaner which allows me to control the presentation and a complete cleaning of our home in Hilton Head from week to week.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house! Our teenage boys loved their rooms with the big beds and TV. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool, biking to different neighborhoods and the property itself was so clean. The host was so helpful and very easy to reach if we had a question. We were happily surprised to see so many deer throughout the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

On a recent trip to Hilton Head, our family fell in love with the island. We have four kids, ranging from 5 to 17. We purchased this property to enjoy the family oriented beach community in Sea Pines that allows your children (to put away the electronic devices) and to explore the endless bike paths underneath the shaded canopy of sprawling oaks while also enjoying the pristine beaches of Hilton Head South Carolina. Activities for all ages exist within the Sea Pines Community.

Why they chose this property

This home is new to the rental market since 2015. This is a fantastic home which is a just short walk or quick bike ride to the beach (3 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by foot). This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood street ends at a long driveway to this house and the area behind the house is “green space,” which makes it completely private as you enjoy the kidney shaped pool. The bike path is shaded and cool without the worry of traffic. There is a crosswalk to facilitate crossing S. Sea Pines Drive to access the beach path (this is just around the corner from where Greenwood Drive and S. Sea Pines Drive merge). The beach path is #26 and it is between Surf Scoter and Snowy Egret. This area of Sea Pines is highly sought after for its privacy and location. It is almost equidistance between South Beach (Salty Dog restaurant) and Harbor Town (Crazy Crab restaurant).

What makes this property unique

Our Home Includes Free Tennis at South Beach Tennis and has 4 Bikes that are maintained throughout the year with South Beach Bikes. Additionally, Our home has 6 beach chairs with straps for your backs, 2 coolers, Plenty of Beach Towels, and a gas grill in the back yard.
