Perfect vacation home on a quiet cul de sac.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot home on a quiet cul de sac. Large lot with plenty of room for boat or rv parking outside. Recently painted and new carpet throughout. Large master bedroom with new king bed, walk in closet and attached master bath. Second bedroom is large with a new king size bed. Centrally located for easy travel to London Bridge, grocery stores or of course the lake and launch ramps. This is a perfect house for snowbirds coming to stay.
BBQ grill available. Washer/dryer in garage.
Rental for atleast 30 days required.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check in was easy. Microwave was out of order and did not know before check in. There was a sticker saying out of order. Other than that close to everything

Great Family Vacation Spot

We were so impressed with not only the communication with the owner but also the property. Very clean and extra cozy feel. Just what you want in a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Very nice 2 bedroom very close to launch ramps

We had a wonderful stay in Havasu in this house. It was very clean when we arrived. Lots of parking in the driveway and side area for your boat/jetski's/RV. Had a wonderful time. Took us 9 mins to get to Crazy Horse Campgrounds (On island) each day where our friends were staying in their RV. Beds were very large!! We didn't even notice my 7 yr old son in between my wife and I. My daughter said the couch was more comfortable to sleep on than her bed at home!!

This house is perfect for two couples or a family of five. It was clean and on a quiet part of the town in a cul-de-sac. The house was newly renovated which was nice when you first walked in. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.
